Out in Lilliwaup we could only get Centurylink DSL which Centurylink charges only for "high Speed" even if you don't get that. 90$ a month for 1.3mbps DSL that runs at .7mbps, 1mbps on a good day. Streaming was almost impossible unless you were watching Youtube at 240p.HCC installed Fiber and we love it. I'm paying for 100mbps but often get higher speeds than that. 100mbps = 12mb/s download rate and we get up to 15 or 16mb/s. And our bill is less than it was with Centurylink who decided to up the price the last few months.Both our family and I are happy with our service. Sure, the television isn't quite as good as DirectTV but it also isn't predatory like DTV (who has movie ads placed in the guide causing my grandpa with alzheimers to constantly accidentally buy movies) but all the free streaming apps makes up for that, streaming we couldn't run before. Our total bill for TV, internet and phone is 100$ cheaper than it was for Centurylink and Direct TV.Only problem is one day there was a service outage, which is nothing compared to the amount of outages we had with Centurylink.Thank you HCC for providing a much better service than the greedy big telecom companies. You really came in at the right time as we were debating Starlink, but you provide a faster cheaper service.

For $90 a month, I got outages and horrible customer service! I went to another more reliable company for $50 and got much better service.

Got new place and called for service. Guy came and less then 10 minutes tells me THEIR cable is broken cost ME $3600 to fix THEIR cable. They have monopoly on my area so no other options. I'm a single home NOT a complex. $3600 sound good? ANYBODY? If it does then give it, I won't. ANYBODY BUT HOOD CANAL IF POSSIBLE!!! ANYBODY ELSE!!!
