Dottie was amazing! Kind, friendly and greeted me with an amazing smile and ATTITUDE!Nice little facility with that friendly family vibe! Great pricing and convient location! Definitely would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit with reasonable pricing, and an amazing friendly manager! Dottie thank you for being so welcoming and nice to me and my family during our time of move! Highly recommend! Come check this place out and make sure you see Dottie and her bright smile!

My one and only Christmas wish this year is that this establishment sinks into the dismal retention swamp of mosquitos on the property behind the storage units. DOTTIE single handedly incinerated our good standing one year relationship within minutes over a small misunderstanding. Manic behavior, short tempered, irrational & immature are some great words to describe my abysmal interaction with this angry woman.Shame on you for scolding my family (most importantly my elderly mother) and embarrassing us with your ridiculous threats. What a sour taste in our mouths you left, as we have just moved to Shelton.I will NEVER recommend this is establishment no matter what location to any clients, colleagues, friends or family members.Moral of the story would be:L I S T E N before you open your mouth.

I have never left a review before, but let me tell anyone thinking of getting a storage unit. This is the place to do it. Dottie was amazing and helpful, and she helped me find a storage unit that would fit my needs, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. I will go nowhere else for a storage unit.
