Hey goodwill can we go back to when you weren't more expensive than Walmart? You get your stuff donated for free and then want to charge 40 for a used bag or 99 for some used controllers. You make it to where I don't shop there. I could get brand new stuff at Walmart and still spend less. Do better goodwill. You're supposed to be for the people but you're just out here sucking every ounce of money we do have left.

I just came through oregon stopped at 5 or 6 goodwill although most are overpriced they all were organized and tidy. The one in shelton was like a trashcan. Stuff piled every where. Every single item I was interested in was priced higher then you could get it at Amazon or ebay. They need new management as well as a price check just horrible.

Staff is friendly enough, but for a store that size, you would think they have more of the items we need most. Donations collection personnel definitely wish they were somewhere else. Never a good time dropping off like at most places. Overall slightly above average I would say.

Prices can be a bit high considering the products are donations, but their charity score is 100% although 5% of Donated clothes still end up in landfill. Still manage to find name brand clothes for much cheaper than retail.

Very high priced for our area. This isn't Target nor are the items brand new. They forget their merchandise is DONATED.

NEVER going here again. A male employee started standing right next to me, kept asking me questions, and wouldn't leave me alone no matter how many times I asked. I told him "no" so many times but he would not take that as an answer. I had to raise my voice almost yelling to get this man away from me. I am a young woman and I'm genuinely scared to come to this location again.

Here i am again maybe its none of my bissness but as far as i know every public place but the goodwill have their bathrooms open. Maybe this goes with my last post that they want the people donatating stuff to put it away for them or they wont accept it. Maybe they just dont want to clean like they dont want to put donated stuff away. Well its cold outside now and going to a place that has no bathroom is kind of ridiculous. Not only this store the one in Olympia also.

Bought a coffee pot that looked new for 14.00 had it a week and tried to get it to brew. It would not. So I took it back TODAY. They would not give me a refund even though I had my receipt. I am a senior living on 1000.00 a month. They would not even give me a store credit. Don't buy anything there you might need to take back. They won't credit you.

I'm revising my good review. I'm hesitant to like Goodwill as it is because their corporate spending structure isn't great.I rarely return anything, (never have except a couple of clothing exchanges lately) but now that they no longer have dressing rooms, it's much harder to buy clothes with confidence. I brought a cute top back that I purchased 11 days ago. I didn't realize it was that long when I stopped in today, but even with their 7 day exchange only policy I asked if they would allow me to exchange it. I'm in every week or so buying random things. I understand the policy is there for a reason, however the "manager" that was called over was rude and acted like I was rediculous for even asking. She could have handled it appropriately and I would have been fine. I didn't expect her to accept it.I had the reciept, it was literally 4 days over, the item was like brand new, trendy and in season, so really she could have decided to take it back too. This was my last stop in. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. I'll just go to Fred Meyer next door where I can try things on.
