Great staff. They meet you as soon as you are ready to do a showing. The property is clean and well lit with great security features. Very polite and professional employee that I met there.

I do NOT like that they have the code to get out at the gate.. somebody could follow you in, then go to any unit and take whatever and they have a code to get out..

God awful customer service!! Tried to rent a ten by fifteen unit one week in advance. They had units available, but no one at the property, and therefore you could not rent. Called their 1800 # and When i asked to speak to the property manager I was told I would receive an email shortly . I received an email quickly but was met with an email full of attitude and awful customer service from her. I would rather pay higher prices and be treated like a human then lower prices and treated like trash.

Was a family owned and operated place for years. I have a record collection i inherited from my grandmother that i wanted to keep in a climate controlled space. I absolutely loved the place when it was ran by the owners. In may 2024 they outsourced management to West Coast Storage, a large corporate company. We received an email assuring us the rates were remaining the same and two different west coast storage phone reps said the same.
Not two weeks later i get my bill and see the rate has increased by 20%. Now a month later i log on to pay my bill and there's another 13% increase for something called the Bader Insurance Program which we received notice of and I have no option to remove before paying my bill. I've tried for the last two hours to get someone on the phone but they are being inundated with calls by other people probably demanding an explanation also. This is a disreputable business practice if i've ever seen one. I'm sick and tired of companies using predatory practices like this to demand more and more and more from us without giving ANYTHING in return. Before when i had a problem i called and talked to someone who was on site and personally invested in the company. Now it's just another pile of corporate crap.

Great place well maintained and nice facilities....only reason for 4 stars not 5 is the turn of the entrance is really hard to make coming in one direction.

The manager was totally cool and let me and my son get her stuff out of storage even though it was a couple days past the date we were supposed to come in. They were very understanding and I highly recommend them

Had some trouble with my access code at first, took a while longer than it should have to get resolved, but the owner is really nice, and the rates are reasonable.
