“Needed to help my friend / maintenance guy buy a truck. I called Bill yesterday went to look at the truck today. A straight 2008 Ram 1500 Laramie with a canopy. Met with the mechanic / sales guy who showed us the trucks on the lot. Then my friend picked out the Ram 1500 Laramie we had seen on Offer Up to test drive. It was a smooth runner. Talked to Bill on the phone, got some money off the price even though they had just done a price reduction. Started on the paperwork. Then Bill and his wife Alice showed up. We talked while the mechanic took my friend over his new truck. Making sure everything was in good working order. No fuss just write the check and off down the road. Thanks for an easy transaction.”
