I’ve done their pick up plenty of times as I have 3 little ones. I enjoyed their pick up until they started giving weird substitutions and then they charged me $50 for duplicates of products I purchased but did not receive the duplicates. Was told twice I would get a call back and a refund but of course nothing. Now today I had no choice but to go to pick up because my husband wasn’t home and I get home and they give me this disgusting, clearly moldy cheese. I called and was told I’d get a refund but we’ll see how that goes. It’s not about the money, its the poor customer service skills.

Smaller store. When we lived in Richland 1983-1986 we had a great mega store. This store is very nice.

The deli service is always slow because they are always short staffed. Probably because the only manager I've ever seen working there was someone named Liz. I'm thinking she left because of her pregnancy. Other than her, I don't remember ever seeing a manager name tag. Ever. Not even when they're very, very busy! I've worked in food for years and I know managers are supposed to be on the floor working too. The ones that didn't, didn't stay managers. The last few months they seem to have switched to just one person at night. If the deli manager (managers?) decided to work I bet it would help.

Love this store! The self check out is awesome, the cashiers when you have to use the line are very friendly and helpful. And the pharmacy department is excellent too!
