A little pricey, but the folks who work here are so nice and they work really hard, day in and day out. Place is always immaculately spotless!

It's a gas station and convenience store. They have gasoline and convenience store things. I rarely go inside, so I don't know if they have anything exotic or special in there. The fuel at this place is usually less expensive than the Shell down the block, sometimes significantly less so.

It appears John from the previous review doesn't work there anymore. Back to being my favorite family owned station. Very kind customer service, clean bathrooms, lots of snack options, and disposable gloves for gas pumps to avoid COVID or any other spread. Love this spot.

I've been a customer of this gas station for 35 years. Visited the store a few weeks ago and as I was walking in, John had to put out his cigarette and come inside to ring me up. He was visibly angry and acted impatient as he rung me up...I've talked to John before and he seemed to be a nice guy, he barked at me that he just wanted to go F'ing smoke a cigarette, was shaking and very angry. I told him if he is having a bad day then don't take it out on me. Since that day every time I see him he is a jerk. Yesterday he refused to ring me up and I said Ill wait for him to either call the cops or the owner. He called the owner and told him he had an "abusive customer" in the store that wont leave. The owner came in and I talked with him and he said he was sorry for John's attitude but he cant fire him because it is hard to find help. I told him I was sorry for him as keeping John as an employee will be worse for him if he keeps loosing customers such as myself...I wont ever step foot in that place again or pump gas there. Beware of John, there is something wrong with that guy.....he's off kilter!

I bought an “ElfBar” vape from this shop and it ended up being counterfeit, which was very obvious from the second I opened the package. The fake authentication sticker even had the word “security” spelled wrong. This is highly illegal and I do not recommend anyone buy any kind of vaping product from here.

I go to this location all the time… I spend hundreds of dollars a month here. This morning John started yelling at me because I didn’t know I was supposed to tell him I had Lotto transactions prior to him ringing up my other items. He was so inconvenienced by this that he started screaming at me and told me he wished I would just f$&@ leave and it was too early for this.

I'm sharing my experience this morning at the 76 gas station located at 617 NW Richmond Beach Rd, Shoreline, WA 98177 and John who was the cashier at the station. Approximately 8:45 am, I went inside of the convenience store of the gas station and purchased two items along with $50 in gas. I had started pumping gas when I was signaled by another customer. A fuel rig was trying to enter the station and couldn't from that entrance with my car beinging there. I put the pump back in place and moved my truck a bit so that the rig could pass and I could pump gas. When I went to resume pumping, I was unable to do so requiring me to go back into the store. I went to the counter and state, "The pump isn't working." He says, It is working. You pumped $2.08 worth of gas." I assumed he saw what happened from the big window in front of the station, but his response made me assuming otherwise. So, I started to explain how I moved my truck to allow the rig to come in.... He intrupts me and says, "Are you going to talk or let me talk? I'm not in the mood." I'm taken way off guard at this point as I'm not sure how things just went left. I responded saying, I'm just trying to explain what happened, and he didn't need to speak to me the way he was. He starts again with the I pumped $2.08 of gas. I say to him, I understand that but... he shoots me this aggressive look, then huffs and then cuts me off again. Accuses me of yelling at him. I wasn't yelling at him and said so. Then he accues me of talking over him. Didn't do that either, was simply just trying to understand how I get the remainder of my gas. The gentleman who was driving the fuel rig was in the store, and he thanked me for moving my vehicle and asked for the fuel key. John was polite to him and gave him the key. I commented, "No problem, I'm glad he's getting great service look what I'm going through." John, continues to accuse me of yelling and speaking over him. Reinterated that I had pumped $2.08 in gas. Now, I am in a louder tone, I say I paid $50. He then says, the remaining funds were refunded to my card. I was completely confused. I ask for a receipt, which he provided as we continued to go back and forth inside of the store. Once I got my receipt, I said I'd be contacting his boss regarding his conduct. His response to me was to go someplace else. I go back to my vehicle. Pay another $50 to finish putting the gas in my truck. As I'm fueling, the gentleman in the big rig is filling the station, I assume. The spaces are close to one another. He thanks me again for moving my vehicle and apologies for my experience witht he attendent. I was barely able to respond, before John interjects himself into the conversation. I hadn't realized he'd come out of the store and was smoking a cigarette. From my vehicle at the pump, I say no one is speaking to him. He continues to yell from the enterance, and finally I say to him **ck off. No one is talking to him. He continues. I am beyond pissed, and I engage back. He starts to charge over towards me making me feel threated. I say, "Who do you think you are, and are you some kind of a big bad man getting ready to get up in a woman's face?" He stopped and continued to yell at me from where he was standing. I said one last ***k you, when I was finished pumping and left the station. I assure you I am no Karen. It would make no sense for me to be rude and beligerant after just showing an act of kindness. John's behavior today was completely uncalled for. The customer experience today was poor at best, and I would avoid that guy as he has a very short fuse and quick temper.

Never get packages sent to this location. Totally rude middle-aged Korean guy behind counter said that my mask wasn't good enough and prevented me from picking up my package. He even prevented me from asking my friend there to get it for me. Insane control freak.

The clerk runs the mini mart like a discord mod who got doxxed off of reddit. I'd rather push my car up Richmond Beach road by hand than go here again.
