Aurora Clean Express Laundromat is a self-service facility with many machines, though many are often out of order. The machines that work are quick, thorough, and do a good job, operating with a reloadable card system. The space is decently clean and pretty good, with seating available. Prices are considered a bit expensive, particularly for the larger loads, and are expected to go up. The staff receives mixed reviews. Many customers find them great, very friendly, super helpful, kind, polite, and responsive, often offering helpful advice on cleaning. One attendant in particular is highlighted for amazing, top-notch customer service, walking customers through the process without judgement. However, other staff interactions are described as meh, with one attendant being abrupt, rude, grumpy, miserable, and not helpful. On one occasion, a fellow customer was more helpful than the attendant. The business does not offer dry cleaning services, which some find misleading. Overall, it is a place to do laundry, where the working machines perform effectively and much of the staff is praised for their assistance.
Decent price. Various size washers and dryers. They do have a number of machines that are out of order. It has not been busy the times I have gone. Only complaint that I have is inconsistent hours.

Many of the machines are out of order, however the ones that work do a good job. The person whom i interacted with both times I've visited was super helpful and kind.
