Just bought wiper blades for my 2006 Porsche and the sales guy had a hard time with switching out the old blades with the new ones and had to get the manager (Patrick?) who ended up giving an inservice in the bitter cold to the young salesman who sold them to me who, bless his heart tried his best. Patrick was patient beyond compare and refused a tip to him and his protege which has made me a life long customer. That might not be as good as it sounds because I’m 71 but will recommend them everyone I know.

Absolutely abysmal service, will literally never use Autozone for anything again. Took my $250 for a part, said it was in stock and would be delivered. 5 hours later, after the system said it was out for delivery, said the delivery failed. Now the refund will take 10 days to post back to my account, and they refuse to fulfill the delivery. Told me they couldn't find a uber/doordash driver, which is ridiculous in the middle of Seattle. There are hundreds of drivers at any given moment of any given day. Now I am unable to use my car for 10 days until I can afford the part again, and I was just told I'm SOL.

I purchased a new battery for my RV, I was dead, brought it back, didn't have another one. The manager gave me a used loaner until they get one in stocks. He will call me to pick it up.

They sold me a 5 quart jug of used oil and the manager was very rude and impatient with me both in person and on the phone. Better to take your business up the road to O'Reilly's

Thank you so much Paul and Patrick! The other day my truck battery died in the Lowe's parking lot, but Paul and Patrick went way out of their way to not only get me the right battery, but Patrick lent Paul his personal tools and Paul drove all the way to Lowe's and replaced the battery for me free of charge!! I was blown away at his generosity!!! Thank you Paul and Patrick!! I really appreciate you both!!

I went in today for a headlight. I’d looked on YouTube and knew I needed to remove the battery housing over the headlight. I was nervous. The autozone employee walked out with me and replaced the headlight bulb for me. It was awesome service.

Went in just before closing had been given wrong oil filter 2 times by O'Reilly and was not happy first gentleman did what he could but was unable to help then a younger tall guy came over ended up going out of his way back and forth with 4 different oil filters finally got the right one while trying to get the store ready to close. Thank you for your help...

Patrick, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me find my car a new battery. He went as far as installing it for me to save me money going to an auto shop. I would absolutely suggest going to this store if you are not knowledgable about car parts and want great customer service!
