All my experiences with Bank of America is the worst. This place isn't any different. Always slow and long line and hassle customers. I remember years ago they had a 5 minute guarantee. That didn't last long.

Met with a personal banker after making appt thru their app. She was able to address all my issues and answer all my questions...and I had so many, on multiple subjects.

The folks working here were not very organized which resulted in long wait times. I asked for recommendations on another branch location I could go to because they did not offer the service I needed. They were not able to give me a recommendation because they did not have the other locations schedules. Please improve your customer service!

Best Bank of America! Everyone was so helpful and they were able to assist me in a timely manner! If you go here wait for Eva she will make the experience 11/10

Today I expected the worst but to be completely honest, there was two tellers and the wonderful lady complimented my red hair and she made the bank seem more welcome. I hope the bank is like this everyday. Good customer service. Not sure why it's getting low stars from others but maybe they weren't as lucky.

They used to be the best bank in town. Now they are the worst. Customer service is horrible. ATM is a joke. Out of all the other banks I deal with. I would put them last on my list. Get it together.

Bank of America was a proud name that is now crumbling before our eyes. They fall significantly short in professionalism and every customer service metric. So sad, they used to do it so well.

Long lines! no service! Drive thru has been closed for the entire pandemic the one time you would like to have a drive thru!!The worst bank I have ever had to do business with.Zero stars!

All these stars for the branch staff and assistant branch manager and manager for taking, accepting alll these loyal, patient customer and future customers.Seriously, we need to respect the person/worker and remember the agreement with Bank of America and you.To other customers like myself. I’m not saying I’m the perfect customer or : If you choose to do business here. You chose to put your trust, faith and belief in these working people transacting your money establishing your credit and making your business flow. Yes you have every right to be disappointed or mad. Please , Take it on yourself. Do not call other people fowl language for banking here since you have 5 accounts open there. Tired of waiting in line!. BE READY WITH ID, SOCIAL/PASSPORT,BANK OF AMERICA CARD,CHECK/DEPOSIT CHECK.LASTLY,Branch manager is kind, professional and patient.I met the following just by standing by:Balginder, Deepthi, Eva, Anda Diane and Emma.Deepthi is very patient, concerning and Ofcourse when the line is long. She helps out as quick as she can. You have 3 seconds to inform what you need done.Eva is happily always assisting. Kindest teller. Very quick and smooth. She respectfully looks at how to treat the business clients and prospects how to care of them. If you’re loyal customer and patient like myself you will know where I am coming from.-“it’s sad you’ll hear somethingLine too long - 1 hour minimum after 10am.Not enough workersTakes forever.”Truth is 4 branches close down.Customers and new customers from 1960s to present is a lot of customers.————-Compared to newer banks!Big banks take little bank! You tell me where would you bank?As for the workers!Been here met and introduce myselfAnda- great worker. She does everything in an elegant manner. she is always building value in her workplace environment.Diane - she is too good to be true here! She is the prime definition of all tellers! She is the reason transactions are done smoothly, effortlessly, and quickly. Only if you have your ID, card and no friction.Emma - handles everybody and all peoples professionally. She goes directly to me says how’s your day. Oh yeah! One thing about her! ITS HARD TO BOOK HER! Her appointment is always full! So don’t miss your appointment like I did! I had to take off from work just to speak with her for 15 mins!!

The one time I was able to get ahold of someone on the phone they were helpful, but I had something come up and tried calling several times but nobody would pick up. They need to hire more staff if they want to offer usable services. They likely lost an account over this.

Worst branch ever! Always long lines and hardly anyone working there at any given day. Avoid this place at al cost!! Update: After 45 minutes of waiting,I decided to come back here next day when they first open. Nope. Same bad service. Came here at 10:12am(they open at 10 am) and only ONE teller for this many people.And whom ever is writing replies, I know you posted your reply just 15 minutes ago, and you re the manager behind the tellers and doing nothing. How about you open up another window and start helping customers instead of slacking? I know that is you bcs you been walking around inside the bank and telling every customer to ho online or use the atm. Btw! I need to withdraw large amounts of cash and i am enrolled in all the stuff you wrote back about. Unfortunately none of them will help me with my problem.

Bank of America in general seems to perform rather poorly for its clientele, but this particular branch is by far the worst I have seen. They consistently and regularly keep clients (and vendors) waiting an extremely inordinate amount of time for anything you need done. Even if you set up an appointment, you can easily be kept waiting over 20 minutes.I witnessed two clients (an elderly couple), who had previously set up an appointment, forced to wait over ONE HOUR due to bank personnel utterly failing to prepare for the appointment. Rather than apologizing for their ineptitude and complete lack of preparation, the bank personnel even had some snide remarks that seemed to be blaming the clients, they kept the clients there for all that time instead of rescheduling right away when it became painfully apparent the bank was not ready, and they never ONCE apologized at all. I was appalled. It was so disrespectful and unprofessional, it was a disgrace. And it wasn't even happening to me.I recommend you take your money and your business elsewhere. This branch and this bank will not serve you well.
