Brought a truck back to them that had an exhaust leak smell after Bucky's replaced the muffler. They responded with a $208 diagnostic charge that was not disclosed when the truck was dropped off and $6k to repair. We found this unacceptable and are taking our business elsewhere to an auto shop that will take responsibility for inspecting the work they perform and does not charge over market prices.

Easy 5 stars from me. Why? Because my wife was on a road trip with my kids and the car broke down in Washington -- we needed help, and soon, or she'd be stranded. I got a hold of Bucky's and told him what was happening -- how needed somebody we could trust to get her up and running quickly -- and he got us into the shop and out in HOURS. And when I mentioned we didn't have much money, he even gave us a discount. Dana is a life saver, and when you're in trouble, he goes above and beyond to make sure you end up okay. Really genuinely happy we went to Bucky's: fast, kind, and professional. Would easily recommend. Thank you Bucky's!

I am pretty car illiterate and these guys were SO NICE, so easy to deal with and explained everything to me. They've walked me through disaster, got some major fixes done in good time, and offered advice without being pushy or sketchy. Dana is AWESOME.
