I’m with chase 10 plus years and very disappointed how this location handled the situation. I was supposed to receive a call from a banker by 5pm today. No contact yet and now its almost 6pm. the bank is now closed.

I had to get my notary done and my application documents were not specifically showing the verbiage where the stamp can be added. Our banker was very helpful and went out of the way to help us. He suggested using a Notary certificate instead and added the details & stamp in there. I had a very bad experience with Bank of America (1121 N 205th St, Shoreline, WA 98133) with the same application document.

Only Rich people are allowed in.Hours posted 9a-6p, it is not even 5p and doors are locked. Workers inside! Oh wait a minute, it said No commoners allowed!Take your money somewhere else!

Treated me as if I don't exist. Customer who walked in later with clearly a more complicated issue got serviced immediately, while I was waiting for 30 min and got offered appointment for another day...

Great helpful staff. For me, it in my experience, it has that small town bank with big city perks. E.g. Surprisingly, they always remember my name :)

Absolutely horrible service. Bankers standing around doing nothing while laughing and telling me to schedule an appointment to get customer service. Literally no other customers but I guess because a banker was on lunch everything shuts down?Switching banks.

The most ridiculous bank I ever go to . 00000000 customer service . Employees are domt know what the doing .befor you go to this bank make sure have 3 or 4 pcs of I'd or you will not be able to withdraw any money

A fine experience making our way through the drive-up window. While we didn't enter this branch, it is easily accessed off of highway 99. It's a cube-shaped building without frills. The young woman away the drive-up window was friendly, but of very few words, offering only a "hello, how can I help?" And ended our transaction with a "Thank you."

I have been with chase 1 yr... Every 2 weeks I goto cash/deposit my check...THERE IS 1 TELLER and more then a few PEOPLE in line.. 2 or 3 employees of the bank ignores the need for another window to open... I HAVE TIMED my last 8 visits and a 12-15 min average to get to a window.... B.E.C.U. here I come.
