I use to live right next to this Chevron and would go there regularly. I moved away a year ago and was back in town on 12/5/2024 around 11:07AM. I had drove 3.5 hrs and I decided to stop there to fill up and use the restroom. I waited in line and there was a new staff and some recent changes inside. I asked them if they could look up my extra miles card and they informed me that I had to use my phone to sign up for a digital *new* extra miles program. It didn't work and I didn't have my phone on me, as the line was forming behind i said nevermore and please take the next guess. One of the other employees ended up letting me use their extra miles number and as I was waiting they informed me that the restroom was CLOSED! It is a pretty rough area and they always keep their restroom's clean so I was bummed as intentionally stopped there for that reason. Ultimately, they ended up getting me into the restroom after a few minutes and the entire staff that day really went above and beyond!!
I have only put out a handful of reviews and I tend to do so when the service is excellent, and in this case it was!

Car wash is cheap and never has a line. I came here after seeing how insanely busy brown bear car wash was down the street. It’s not the best car wash but for $8 it does the job. Didn’t have to wait either.

The car wash broke down right after spraying my car with goop but before rinsing any of it off. The night operator said "Talk to my manager next week. He might give you a refund.". Meanwhile, I had to hose the drying goop off my car at home in the middle of the night in 35° weather. I will never use this car wash again, and I doubt I will get gas here in the future either.

The store manager during the day is horrible! He was yelling at the female cashier and then turned to say something to another employee. Completely disrespectful to customers also. I will only go there when Sal is there at night, he has the best customer service around

Person working here is great. the gas pump will not let you finish pumping. I put $20 on an empty tank and it would only let me fill up 19.99 I know it’s petty but that adds up.
