I was told lease interest is simple interest and it was a lie. It was compounding 4.9% instead of simple interest. I do not appreciate lies or ignorance so that new customer who is buying the car for the first time can be fooled to believe what was told.

This dealership and their employees are the reason that I was able to lease a new EV recently! With family obligations at home, a long work commute and long work days, and being out of town on days off, I had absolutely no time to sit in a dealership for hours. I was first contacted by Mason, and he worked incredibly hard over the span of a couple of weeks to get me the information I needed. Mason checked in almost daily to let me know how things were progressing or if he was likely too busy with in person customers to help that day. When it was time to stop by in person on my way to work as we were close to an agreement, it was Mason’s day off, but sales manager Jim, and Kat, in sales, were up to speed on where Mason and I were in the process. That led to a smooth transition and with their help over the course of two, hour long drop ins on my way to work, along with the help of Sales Manager Dan, and Kellen in finance, made the process as quick and effortless as possible. Buying or leasing a car can be a rough process, and while there was a little negotiating, there was never any pressure or deceptive tactics. Everyone I worked with was friendly, and their time and effort to work with my limited availability was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Thanks y’all for making it all work!

#1 in Customer Service!! During a recent road trip vacation from Alberta Canada to Seattle we encountered an issue with our truck that unfortunatly left us stranded. Breakdowns happen as its a part of life. James and his service department were outstanding and went above and beyond to insure we were taken care off. The communication from James was top level as to keep me updated with our unusal case which helped reduce the tremendous stress with breaking down so far away from home and on a vacation. I highly recommend this dealerships service department as James and his staff will take care of you. ********** 10 Star review!!!

It is a great place to buy a car from, the service and customer treatment were better than any other dealership in the area. The management went an extra mile to make my contract work out. The finance team was diligent, patient and knowledgeable. I recently acquired Blazer EV and loved it, Ask for Ekaterina (Kat), an amazing salesperson, if you want to be taken care of. She will answer all your questions, explain every option and make sure you get the best price possible on what you are getting.

Amazing Dealership. That staff is Amazing, Friendly, treat you like family, and they go out of their way to ensure you get the best deal with the vehicle you want. They will research all over to get the spec you want for your car so you don't have to wait months for a special order. They also gave me a great deal on my trade in. I had to go and ask for help and even then I walked out after listening to them talk about how much of a rip off the service department was. How the service department inflated prices to the extreme. The sales people wouldn't even use their own service department due to them jacking the price way up. This was all said in front of me when I was trying to see if they maybe had something that would fit my needs. I walked out.

I financed a CPO 2021 Chevy Bolt. They weren’t able to offer the greatest price for my 2013 Spark, but I don’t hold it against them. I got an insanely good price ($5000 vs their $500 here) at Carmax and it was busted, deferred maintenance, had a recall out, the works. Chuck Olson had one of their finance people out, so there was a bit of a wait, and it was late when they had me into the office. They let me take the car home before arranging payment and stuff, which was kind of them. They ended up working to get me the best deal they could as far as interest rates. I had some dumb scammy medical bill that took my credit by suprise, but the interest rate was 8.49 through GM. I pay about $200 a month and got some warranty but not the full one. Generally they were really kind fun people. The car did have some issues that revealed themselves. I needed to get the battery replaced, which took maybe 12 days. They lent me a car for free while mine was getting fixed up. All the repairs were free under warranty. Tod in the service department did a great job with me and was real cool. It seems for registration stuff that gets handled at the Kia next door, which has the same owner.
