Love cosmoprof as a company but the manager here needs to be evaluated. She 100% judges based on how nice you look and will offer extra “help” if you’re even wearing sweats. As if she doesn’t look like she’s doing substances herself. Candace in Lynnwood has been nothing but helpful and has made me feel welcome in her store. Highly recommend traveling a little bit to get better in store experience. I will forever stand on the fact that the shoreline manager makes the environment toxic.

Went here to do a return today at 9am. I spent almost 700$ in this place a week prior. The girls working the regerstier were beyond rude and snarky. I went in with my newborn baby and was carrying alot of items in a box. They laughed as I struggled to open the door as I left. Will never come here again. Customer service is trash.

This cosmoprof is the best in the Seattle area and I purposely drive the extra two miles just to go here instead of the one in lynnwood. They have the nicest employee. One employee told me that my card was outdated in the nicest way possible. She delivered a negative news in such a pleasant way I am giving them a five star review! Imagine that... they have also been the strictest with cleanliness and social distancing. I feel safe and valued when I shop there.

I personally think that the store is great. Pretty clean store. But the manager using her employees to avoid being served court documents is completely unprofessional. She should have just accepted the papers and continued working. For her to run out the back door during the middle of the day and have 2 coworkers help her escape left the business unsupervised. Anyone could have stolen merchandise. If it were my business this type of behavior would not be tolerated. I am 70yrs old i have emphysema im not going to chase after you. Be an adult and handle your affairs like a responsible adult. There was no need for all of this.

OMG the manager is running around the building trying to avoid being served court papers from a senior citizen walking with a cane..poor lady..and the manager speeds off in her white kia. wow talk about drama. speeding through the parking lot next to the DOL. absolutely crazy

Candice at Cosmoprof is my hero!!! She patiently showed me where products were, gave me professional recommendations, helped me set up my account, and dutifully laughed at my jokes. I cannot recommend this location, or her expertise enough. Thank you, Candice!!
