Tried to get there service tech Gil out to replace my garage door motor and after talking to him the first time couldn't even get a call back to get on the schedule! I text him also with no response! I will add him to the list of flakes that are in the Garage door business!! You have been warned!!

on hold for over 20 minutes and then they closed n went home. never got question answered... lost a sale because no one wants to do over time... my suggestion to the owner...hire more staff or do less business...this company is looking for LARGE COMMERCIAL accounts n dont care about the little guy. that was obvious today
