Marley was very proactive in sorting out our needs and helping us ultimately get into the right storage. He was patient, respectful and most of all - always pleasant!! Also, Brad was very helpful and extremely patient to make sure we were able to secure the correct unit. It’s a pleasure to be a customer at Trojan Shoreline!!

The customer service here has been very accommodating and extremely understanding. Brad has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure I can secure my storage units here. Looking forward to being with them for a long time! I do want to say that I really appreciate them understanding the situation that led up to me signing with them.

Brad went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This is the second time I've used trojan as my storage provider and Everytime I've had a great experience. Prices are competitive and I'd definitely come back again.
P.S. Brad deserves a raise for how much he has to put up with technical problems at trojan. Technology was buggy and non-cooperative I'd raise concerns with the trojan inhouse development team to improve their user experience for in store associates.

Why didn’t I come here first? It’s one of my biggest regrets that I started renting units at Public Storage and had to deal with lots of inconveniences and unkindness. After two years, I decided to move my stuff to Trojan and, lo and behold, everyone is very kind and cooperative and, especially, Cassandra is super kind, super cooperative and super vive that she made me forget my stresses and helped me enjoy the whole day with the vive she gave me.
