ZERO STARS! These people are theirs and liers! Added an extra 250 dollars on to my bill for dump fee for garbage they said “had reason to believe” was mine, even tho it was not. I said so this is your way of robbing me? The supervisior said “no no yet. I couldn’t even pay my rent with out paying the 250 added on so that is 450 I don’t have. Irate! I called corprate and they told me to move out by the first but now they won’t let me in because I didn’t sign an abandonment form? I never agreed to any of that. I’m pissed beyond belief that’s me and my sons whole life in there and they are trying to rob me!

Went to move some items and wasn't able to throw some old trash due to the office not having a trash can. Also, there is no way to access your items after 9pm which is quite inconvenient when you need to access your storage.

Started renting here when it was CubeSmart. Trojan acquired this location and it's been problematic to say the least.Paperwork went missing, auto payments disappeared. Made manual payments online and now received an email saying I'm very past due and needed to remit payment to avoid a lien sale. They had lost my paperwork a few more times. We got it sorted out and after about a year, carts became an issue. They've instituted a new policy where in order to get a cart, you have to leave your id in the office and then they'll loan you a cart. Wouldn't be a problem except the last three times the office has been locked during business hours. You can't get a cart after 6p.When talking to their corporate office, at the suggestion of the "onsite" employee who doesn't seem to care. The corporate office showed just how much they don't care either based on this exact quote, "we rent storage to you, not carts."I submitted my required 30 day written notice at the end of May, and I just received a bill for July. I'm apparently not done with them yet.

The manager at this facility, Will, is a consummate professional. When I had an issue accessing my unit, he solved my problem, and was friendly and helpful all the way. Having been a manager myself for many years, I understand how hard it can be to keep all the " plates spinning" in the air at once, but Will showed me today, that he has the skills to both problem solve and provide excellent customer service. Thanks Will!!

I'm very happy that I switched to Trojan storage thanks to the manager Will. He was patient and knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service and helped me save money with their low rates. The facility is clean and provides easy elevator access to your unit.

Will, the manager, assured me my wife's card would not be charged, that it was not set to auto-pay. Will lied. I informed Will that my payment reminder was for an amount I never agreed to pay, and Will didn't change that. My wife was fraudulently charged because Will didn't correct this. Will locks up the carts and demands your ID as hostage to use those amenities advertised online (described and pictured, I have screenshots). I vacated on 3/31 due to this made-up policy surrounding access to the carts and dollies, wasting days of PTO only to have to go back in and retrieve what I had moved in. After I vacated, I told Will verbally that the lock was off and the unit was broom-clean. Will acknowledged my unambiguous statement. I filled out the vacate form Will sent me on the e-sign website online, but Will didn't process the vacate as instructed both verbally and in writing. Instead, my wife was illegally charged. Joe told me on 4/2 he'd refund that illegal charge. Joe lied. I followed up with Joe on 4/3 and he confirmed he hadn't issued the refund yet. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The Shoreline Chamber of Commerce is next. This place is blocks from Shoreline City Hall and right up the hill from the King County Courthouse on Meridian. We'll be buying stamps for the first time in years. I spent about $600 more just to leave this place. I was forced to burn a day of vacation time (on top of spent PTO), additional gas, etc., and now additional funds have been stolen from us due to Will's inaction and refusal to process our vacate that he confirmed both verbally and in writing. I'll be speaking to the Attorney General of WA about every fraudulent charge, lie, and the bait-and-switch practices of Trojan Storage in Shoreline. I emailed corporate and was ignored. Government officials will now remind this company that breaking the law has consequences. What's the penalty for fraud? Trojan Storage: This was our first and last experience with you. Our extended families join us in a worldwide boycott. Shame on each and every one of you. I'm told Katie is the supervisor for Washington State. Katie: This is happening on your watch. This is the fruit of your labor. Are you proud??Gabriel L's copy-and-pasted non-response is ridiculous. I sent an email to that address last week and was ignored. This cookie cutter response makes it look like someone is responding but it's likely a bot script. If it's a human, it proves they aren't responding directly but just offering lip service to make it appear someone takes these issues seriously. Telling people to email when they already have is gaslighting. This is an additional failure by Trojan Storage. Noted.

After dealing with Public Screwage/Storage for a few years I moved my items to Trojan. Reasonable rates that did not increase much, about 4% after a year and a half. Very personable staff, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If you're with the "screwage" company...get out and move over to Trojan so you won't be throwing $$$ away any more. Seriously!!

Do not do business with Trojan Storage especially this location. My storage unit was illegally sold after 2 weeks of storing my family belongings in their unit. Joe who works at the front desk and sets up the leases wrote down the wrong unit number on the lease and promised me he would fix it on Monday when the storage facility reopened. After many calls and texts from me requesting he change the unit number and being charged for 4 months of an "empty unit" b/c they had auctioned off my unit without 1 phone call, 1 text or 1 email and continued to charge me for 4 months after the auction. I finally realized my unit had been sold ILLEGALLY after only having my personal items stored there for 2 weeks. They admitted fault in their actions or lack of actions YET could not come up with a reasonable settlement offer and state that their contract (which has incorrect number on it) will not allow to replace the items over a said value. Our personal information address, phone, SS numbers from taxes, bank routing numbers---imagine a file cabinet full of your information in the unit and they sold to a stranger and find no remorse in that. Along with family heirlooms and other household items. SOLD AFTER 2 weeks of renting there. Not one phone call, text or email YET AFTER IT WAS SOLD and I WAS AWARE IT WAS SOLD AS WAS THE CEO OF TROJAN STORAGE, PEDRO FLORIDA, is aware..........now the threats of placing a lien on unit for non payment start showing up. AND KEPT RUNNING MY DEBT CARD FOR A EMPTY UNIT. I beg people do not use this company. You run the risk of losing valuable items, memories, personal information and nobody doing anything about it. AND FINALLY OFFER YOU a settlement that doesn't recoup your losses, stress, heart ache, overdraft fees, storage unit fees (for an empty unit) items, PTO from work and all the other misc stuff that has happened. I am the victim and they refuse to clean up their mess. My unit which I have receipts showing $0 balance for months I thought my unit was holding our items safely an in fact was an emptied out unit sold ILLEGALLY after 2 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM like we did. Because even when you do everything right, pay your bill, have renters insurance, buy their lock and beg for a corrected number on the contract----you are the one wrong!!! They do not "fix" the problem. It is a horrible feeling and I do not wish it upon anyone. Please spread the word so it doesn't happen to others.

I've rented from multiple storage companies and this was the easiest process so far. Reserved a unit, showed up a couple hours later to view the unit and 15 minutes later had my unit. The day I was there (Thursday), they had 3 people in the office instead of just 1 person trying to handle everything. Service was fast and friendly (Joseph).

This is a story about a Trojan Storage hero Jeff... We moved up to Seattle from California and after a 3 day drive, we arrived mid-morning at the storage unit to drop off our stuff. Unfortunately, no one was there, it turns out the person managing the location had quit the day before. We called the emergency line and got a hold of Jeff. He drove all the way down from the location in Everett to help get us setup with keys and in the unit. We can't thank Jeff enough. Without him we would been in a horrible situation with a loaded 20-foot truck and no where to safely store it. Thank you Jeff for everything!!
