We've been here almost one year and just renewed for 10 months, no rent increase...that was good news. We have a one-bedroom with a serene tree and bike- trail view. Personal interactions with Justina, Kayla, and Greg have been great. Glad to be here.

Place is very nice, I have had no issues with the staff or maintenance team! Sharon was very helpful with tours and explaining the community life, definitely one of the best, if not the best, at her job!
