Echo Lake Apartments offers a serene and enjoyable living experience for its residents. The one-bedroom apartments provide scenic tree and bike-trail views, and the staff, including Justina, Kayla, and Greg, are praised for their great personal interactions and helpfulness. While there have been some issues with the laundry facilities, the overall sentiment from residents is positive, with one describing it as the "best apartment experience" they have ever had. The community life and events are also highlighted as a major perk, with residents noting the kindness and welcoming nature of both the staff and fellow tenants. We've been here almost one year and just renewed for 10 months, no rent increase...that was good news. We have a one-bedroom with a serene tree and bike- trail view. Personal interactions with Justina, Kayla, and Greg have been great. Glad to be here.
