My boyfriend and I just moved here and wanted to find our new açaí bowl / smoothie spot and emerald smoothie was the place to try. Walking in the lady working was super nice and patient with us looking at their large menu. We ordered a açaí bowl and smoothie and they were both very delicious!! Definitely recommend and will be coming back

Amazing staff! Every single one of them! This team beats any other emerald city smoothie I’ve been in. Interior is kind of depressing. To begin with they only had one table and 2 chairs.. now the owner has taken away the chairs? Giving a “Get your smoothie, and get out” kind of vibe from them. Also see one person working at night (when I usually come in after work) and they have so much to do! Not to mention they are alone at night! Not the most dangerous area but certainly not the nicest either.. Come on owner.. Show some love to your customers and team! Do better!It asks at the bottom did you Dine in, Take out, or Delivery but there is no dining in here… what am I going to do? If you want good variety of smoothie options with good add-ins this is a good local option. The staff are nice and service was quick. Good place for the family

The staff is always friendly and energetic. They have their process down and drinks are served in a very timely manner. They have a strong selection of options and extras that are clearly marked on their signage. In addition to their smoothies, they have a selection of energy drinks and protein and health related snacks/cookies.I stop in 1-2 times a week. Best smoothies in town.

I drove 20 minutes just to get this mini mass peanut butter, chocolate smoothie. I am on a diet, and this taste like peanut butter, chocolate cake, cookies! All the amazing things I miss while getting my protein and still making my calorie count.

Because of my diet this is my only fast food option. Me and my team are here at 3 times a week and they never disappoint. I always get the PB&J . Very tasty and filling. If your on a diet this is the perfect meal you definitely be satisfied.

Great service. Staff was very friendly and did an amazing job on my builder smoothie. Will definitely go back, they recommended the chocolate builder and I really enjoyed it.

While the smoothies are all standardized and the process is somewhat mechanical, they're generally very good. There are many options and orders are completed quickly.

Edit: The owner of this location reached out to me and informed me that all the fruits in Guava Sunrise are authentic and fresh, except for the guava (which is a flavoring). She also notified me that the way I ordered my smoothie should've included different substitutes, which caused it to be too sweet. I appreciate her messaging me, and I'm planning on visiting this location once more and rewriting my review the next time I visit Seattle. The customer service here is very good.I love a good smoothie. I stopped here after a Costco trip because I wanted a variety of fruit without buying gigantic 20 oz containers of them.The workers are really friendly, like other reviewers mention. I got the Guava Sunrise smoothie and asked to remove the whey protein while also getting a free add-on from checking in on Yelp, and the worker told me she could give me another add-on since she wasn't putting in the whey protein! I got a Vitamin C boost and some acai. However, my order wasn't that great since the flavor was incredibly artificial. It might have been the Vitamin C boost overpowering everything, but I felt like I was drinking dessert instead of something that should've been packed with fresh fruits. Other reviews don't seem to have my issue, so I'd say stick with more organic ingredients that don't obfuscate the existing taste of the smoothie if you're looking to add an add-on (like chia seeds, for example).

I can't say I like this though I really wanted to. Melting watery "açaí" bowl that i can't taste too much acai berry in it(I guess mostly regular berry blend), and topped with not even defrosted frozen berry. And the container looks like a take out container in a restaurant for noodle soup. I requested just a little bit granola but the staff was talking while she is making it, and forgot to look at the order print so I ended up getting nearly regular granola. And this bowl is $11 or $12.

I said I would change my review for this location once they had a decent crew doing good work. I'm happy to report that my last couple of visits have been superlative. I haven't been overcharged and I'm being given what I order without attitude
