Fantastic communication throughout the process. Great price on the vehicle (Hyundai Tucson) and fair trade in value. Great buying experience and can't say enough about how fantastic Chanelle was. Lee Erickson was truly one of the best car salespeople we have ever worked with. From start to finish, she was relatable, knowledgeable, engaged, and incredibly friendly.
What really stood out was that Lee was never pushy. She genuinely kept our best interests and budget in mind, which made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. It felt like she was helping us make the right decision, not just trying to make a sale. This was a prime example of excellent customer service and a positive client experience.
Her manager, John, was also attentive and helpful throughout the process. Together, they made us feel well supported and taken care of.
The Enterprise Car Sales team in Shoreline deserves recognition for delivering such a customer focused experience. Highly recommend!

My shopping experience was seamless! I originally began wkg with Josh,who was great! He was still busy with a client when I arrived. I had the pleasure of dealing with Hunter,who was also great to wk with. I told him what I wanted, he pulled THE EXACT CAR out, that surpassed my wants & needs. After scouring the lot, I decided on the vehicle Hunter brought out first! Once my seats and everything were adjusted to ME...SHE felt like MY CAR. She purred to Tacoma Saturday morning. I felt blessed getting her at the right time. $500 OFF?? I pounced all over that! The financing part of the deal was totally uneventful. Easy Peasy. No pressure or hanging out at a lot for hours. I would most DEFINITELY refer someone to ur Shoreline Enterprise Car Sales. Josh, Darien and Hunter ALL took care of me, pretty good!! Thank U ALL and have a safe holiday season. Hunter, I hope Ur family and 'lil man have the best holiday season ever. THANK-U for ur excellent service and ur help with my purchase.

There are numerous negative preconceived notions about used car sales folk & these guys are the exact opposite in every way. Special shoutout to Lee who promptly called me after my initial inquiry online & ensured I paid them a visit. I went to a few certified dealers & then Enterprise - both the sales experience plus quality of the vehicles was par excellence with Enterprise. My situation was a bit complicated because I was a new resident to in the US. Yet, it was only the Enterprise team that was truly flexible & worked within all the constraints I posed to them. I love the fact that they also worked as a team & I wasn't left waiting on one particular salesperson to get back to me. During week 1 of my vehicle search, Hunter helped me shop the catalogue & test drive one option. Though I didn't find what I wanted, he ensured that he diligently followed up with me without being intrusive to send me other options that may have been a potential fit (with no pressure to buy - just a genuine concern to accommodate my needs as best as possible). However what tipped the scale in their favor was during week 3 of my search, I found myself in a desperate position, needing to urgently purchase a car in under 24 hours! Instead of going anywhere else, I immediately called on Hunter (who was out of office that day). Thankfully, the Enterprise team stepped in and I found myself spending 6 hours in-person with Chanelle who very patiently went went through all options with me (sending me an email of options ahead of time) & then helped me view at least 5 vehicles that fit my budget, test drive 2 (not rushing through any of it) & then committed to helping me process all the necessary paperwork & readying the car so I could take it home with me all in that one visit! She went above and beyond, even staying almost 1.5 hours past closing hours along with her colleague Issac, just so I could leave with the vehicle and paperwork in tow. I picked out a sweet 2024 Hyundai Tuscon SEL AWD with 37K miles and lot of life + manufacturer warranty left on it. If anyone wants a pressure-free, least salesy, & genuinely comfortable customer experience + a great inventory of well maintained cars, Enterprise Car Sales in Shoreline is the place to go.

Purchased a car from Enterprise about three months ago and had a genuinely great experience. Josh Bailey was my salesperson, and he made the whole process smooth and easy. I test-drove a couple of cars and ended up loving the second one. I handled the financing on-site, got approved quickly, and was out the door with my new car the same day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a well-priced used car and a hassle-free buying experience.

I would personally like to thank the team at Enterprise Car Sales in Seattle. Isaac and Josh took the time and care needed to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They stayed late and never made us feel like we were a burden. They celebrated our purchase with us and we left feeling great about our perchase. I have been very impressed by the whole experience. Isaac and Josh returned my phone calls and text pretty promptly and delivered top notch service. In today’s world where it’s hard to find people who actually care about their jobs and want to give good customer service it is a breath of fresh air to receive service that goes above and beyond! I have already recommended them to many of my friends.

There's no hassle there so respectable and the whole process was so fast and extremely pleasant!! Purchased a vehicle from Enterprise in shoreline. Chanelle Winn-Fonda was my agent. She called me the day before and got an idea what I was looking for. When I arrived she had already selected several vehicles to choose from and researched there differences for comparison for me. We test drove three of them and let me retest drive one I wanted to verify an option. She walked me through the insurance and loans. She explained everything to me in away I could understand and had a computer screen I could see to verify and review everything she was doing. She was extremely professional and kind. I felt she was genuinely interested in my satisfaction of my purchase. She even went above and beyond by following me to Seattle to return my rental car to a competitor. The rest of the staff I came into contact with was nice and professional as well. The whole process was smooth and easy. I felt welcomed and humanized by her and the staff. Great selection and much appreciated to have felt with such kind professionalism. Thank you.
