Following the demise of my Blue 2007 Toyota Tacoma 4-Dr (T-Boned at 78,040 miles), and with my Total Loss Claim Check in hand, I scouted around for a suitable replacement. Of course, I wanted a Blue Toyota Tacoma 4-Dr (that's my baby), the only missing data was what model year and how to find one with low mileage. I found used car dealers were pushing whatever was in their lot, and no Tacoma's were available. Then a friend told me about Enterprise Car Sales.I met with Darien Brooks, the Senior Sales Consultant (Enterprise at 14135 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133) and she took over. There were two white Tacoma's in Washington State, no Blue ones. Out of luck. Then she pulled up a listing of all Enterprise Cars available for Sale IN THE UNITED STATES! Deftly manipulating the spreadsheet, she zeroed in on three 2021 Blue Toyota Tacoma 4-Dr cars. I went with the one from St. Louis at 60,000 miles. Even with shipping charges, the price was within what I could afford. Darien did a great job. I highly recommend her. Tom G.

I have had a great experience with enterprise from the start of my first car accident and securing a rental to the end with them helping me purchase a replacement car through their sales team in shoreline. Chanelle was wonderful to work with, she made everything as easy as possible for me, even doing parts like filling in the vin number for my insurance transfer to make the process as simple for me. Hi Devin and Walter, I have decided to take the Ford Edge SEL 2022 - I will miss some of the bells and whistles of the Escape, but the size and the technology of the Edge is very impressive.Please know that I am truly grateful to you both for getting me into a new/used car and your patience has been above and beyond. Both you Walter and Devin have given me faith in this process again and I very much appreciate a happy ending to this chapter.I discussed this purchase with my lawyer last night and besides the additional funds towards the trade-in (which I am grateful for) there have been no concessions for the 2019 NISSAN PATHFINDER being a car that really should not have left the dealerships lot. All in all what my lawyer has asked me to make it clear that the new/used car purchase does not end my pursuit of remedy for this experience. I am clear after speaking with you both that what you have offered me is the maximum that you can do and again it is appreciated. But I am having to put down another $3,000 to get out of the Pathfinder and I will be paying very close to an additional $100.00 per month in cost for the Ford Edge. The time and money that I have had to spend over the past several months since the purchase has truly been extensive. The issues of the paint, the camera, the dirty fluids, the battery and the general lack of safety and possible future issues have still not been addressed. I have missed work, missed events and have been extremely anxious driving the car.At the same time, I realize that I had an accident with the car and had to spend time in a rental getting that fixed. While waiting for that to be fixed that rentals back window was smashed out and so I had to pay for that.All in all this has cost me well over $2,500 in loss of wages, loss of deductibles and cost of at least trying to make the car safe to drive.I will be going to Enterprises corporate offices for reimbursement for these funds and funds for all the time and stress. I have copies of all my texts and emails to Chanelle and Oscar and I know that I attempted to work with that dealership to get these issues resolved without either of them coming to the table to get this car into the shape that any customer would insist on especially because your 100+ point certification commits to just that - a car that is ready for sale and for use and for customer safety and satisfaction. This was not either of your doing and so I will address these matters with corporate.

Highly recommend working with Chanelle if you are looking for a vehicle! She was so helpful when I was looking for a car trying to narrow down exactly what I want! Even though I ultimately found a vehicle elsewhere, I had a great experience with all of the staff at Enterprise Car Sales! Thank you all for providing a very welcoming experience!

It was great, even when I said I wanted to check with other dealership they had no problem with my choice. I went to Hertz but found that there warranty was not as good and the service did not compare to the service at Enterprise.So I returned the following day and made my purchase. I have no regrets and feel confident that if any problems arise I can call upon Enterprise to help with the problem. Thanks again.Christopher Vance

We had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Enterprise Car Sales. With a no-haggle price, the extensive list of inspections Enterprise performs on each vehicle, the included 12 month or 12,000 miles dealer warranty, and carfax provided, we did not feel the stress and anxiety of buying a used car. Our sales representative, Chanelle, was the best! Her 15 years of experience and expertise with Enterprise provided us with the knowledge we needed to make the right decision for us. I never thought car-shopping would be fun, but Darien made it easy; she really showed she cared every step of the way. It was great to work with such a fun, knowledgeable, down-to-earth person. And even though the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, she found it for me and I drove it home in less than a week.

My wife and I recently decided we needed another car. We decided on a used car instead of a new one. I’ve always hated going to dealerships and used car lots to shop for a car because of the pressure of the people there that are paid on commission. I don’t like having to spend hours and hours negotiating the price. I discovered Enterprise Car Sales on Aurora in Seattle. We decided to try them.I set up an appointment with Chanelle, one of the Sales Consultants, to look at a specific car on their lot. She was a delight to deal with because she treated us like family. She never tried to pressure us to look at a different car and reminded us that we wouldn’t have to haggle for the price. The prices are fixed. We went on a test drive. She pointed out all the features of the car.We decided to purchase the car. The paperwork was so easy to do and Chanelle made it easy to understand. She explained everything to us. We were not passed around to other people there. Chanelle handled the whole thing herself. It’s interesting to note they are not on commission. That’s why there’s no pressure.If you are looking for a used car and hate the usual car buying experience, find a Enterprise Car Sales place near you. You’ll find good cars in great condition and you’ll have fun buying it.

We recently purchased a used rental car from Enterprise in Seattle. Our salesperson was Nick Carlson. He was most helpful in getting us the vehicle (a minivan) we wanted. The car is in very good condition with only a couple minor issues. I appreciated the way Nick and his supervisor helped us when we met together. They explained each step of the purchase process as we went through it.Most people show the car. I want you to see that my car has all new brake components and new tires. That's a pretty good benefit.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Enterprise in the last 4 years and quite please with the customer service. I like the fact that the vehicles are well maintained and 2 to 3 years old and in relatively good condition. Enterprise also provides a 12 month power train warranty at no charge. They also offer a special warranty from 2 to 5 years that I think is worth purchasing since the vehicles are 2 to 3 years old with some mileage. Overall great customer service from Enterprise.

The process through Chanelle @ the Shoreline location was great! She helped me search for the car I wanted via Enterprise Car Sales' full database (nation-wide), not only at their location or in the Seattle area. She did research based on any number of specifications I requested for car-type, and I ended up getting the car I wanted. Truly above & beyond with helping me and answering all my queries!

My experience with Enterprise has been top tier. Darien did an amazing job going above and beyond on showing me options within my budget. She was able to work quickly with her colleague John to have keys in my hand in less than 24 hours. I did not think it would be that easy of a process to get a car and I recommend you ask to work with both Darien and John. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Both Oscar and Shinelle are incredible sale people. The issues I have are about the car. I believe that the car did not go through your certification process. There are many issues, camera does not work consistently, the oil is very dirty as well as the transmission fluid. The brakes are not new brakes and I was told they were new and there is an ongoing thump in the engine which I was told may be valves. Because of these issues I have had to go to Nissan to see what was going on with the camera and they did a computer diagnosis which let me know the other issues. Originally the car also had paint oxidation and so it was with a detailing person for the first 10 days of ownership. I had an accident within the first three days I was driving it and so in the shop for another 17 days. After I began routine driving is when these other issues appeared.
