Zero stars is not an option, they don't deserve 1 star. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager was unhelpful and demanded much more information than was required to rent a car. He demanded to see billing statements and phone records. I showed him on my phone all the statements he asked for. He demanded to know why I wanted to rent a car. Then he wanted details regarding the accident I was in. He wanted to see the police report and see who was at fault for the crash. Nothing I gave him was good enough to rent a car. The manager then called every Enterprise in the area and told them not to rent a car to me because he thought I had a concussion.
A neighbor of mine recently also tried to rent a car from this Enterprise after an accident. The manager did the same thing to her; demanding much more information than was needed and refused to rent a car to her.
I have never been treated like this before. I have never had someone purposely go out of thier way to find a reason to not provide a paid service to me.
Please do not do business here.
Please do not subject yourself to the humiliation of having to provide unnecessary personal information just to be denied a rental car.

The guy from Ireland was very nice and of course the American white guy was rude. Typical behavior towards black people. I didn't expect anything less when I walked in the store. The reason for the 4 stars was because of the guy from Ireland. He was respectful, kind and efficient. If he didn't help me, this location would have gotten one star.

Everything was handled with excellence. Very accommodating. Even got a flat and it was handled impeccably. Was able to return the car in a different location and given a short ride. Thank you!

I've had to rent a vehicle twice in the last 4 months to go to eastern WA and have gotten great service from the guys at this Enterprise. Tyler has made getting rentals an easy process, in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and set up an Enterprise Plus account ahead of time so that all of your information is on file. I'm sure I'll be renting here again!

Car worked out great and staff was helpful. Could have been slightly better coordination via system between person who rented the car to us and person who handled return. It took a bit for the latter to figure out that the dent in the car was there already and noted by the first person. Otherwise, all very good.

If you want to avoid headaches, definitely stay away from this branch! or work with another company! When buying a car, take a full video of the car because they put the damage that does not belong to you under your car insurance and have it repaired and your objection is of no use. If you want to meet the manager of the branch to raise an objection, the manager does not even bother to leave his office and listen to you! If you want to get your car insurance through them, then you are in the right place! The vehicles they give you back are damaged and smell like cigarette smoke, and when you return them, they may say that you smoked in the vehicle and deduct money from your credit card and deposit.
A week ago, I visited to rent a car as my own vehicle was in service. I had rented a car from the same place before, so I did not expect any issues. However, my experience was far from satisfactory and left me very disappointed.
At the desk, there was an employee named Alex Gutierrez. Despite repeatedly stating that my information was already on file, he made the process difficult and finally agreed to use my information. He behaved so quickly and carelessly that I felt undervalued, as if he was being forced to do a job he disliked for years. He explained the rules so fast that I felt like I was in an auction house. Despite showing my dissatisfaction on my face, his attitude remained unchanged and condescending as he brought me a car.
When I saw the car, I immediately asked if there was another vehicle available. He rudely said there was no other car and that I should either take it or leave it. The car was filthy, with scratches and small dents all over. The passenger side's floor was detached, exposing the underlay, and the interior smelled terrible. I told him that the car had many damages and that I was concerned about being held responsible for them upon return. He didn't even look at me and said there was no other car.
That day, I had three appointments, so I had to take the car. I attended my appointments and returned home, parking the car in my usual spot. The next day, when I returned the car, another employee was there to receive it. When Alex saw me, he immediately came out and pointed to a damage on the right door, insisting that I pay for it. I told him that I had mentioned the existing damages when I rented the car,

The team at the Aurora location deserves a raise because they went above and beyond to make sure I left with a car that day. Each one was kind and extremely helpful which meant a lot considering I was not expecting to be renting a car that day. I highly recommend choosing this location if you’re ever renting a car in the future. Thanks, fellas!

Avoid this location. Made a reservation, was told to wait till later in the day as they didn't have any cars, and then show up unable to edit days of reservation and turned away after waiting till closing for them to get cars in. The entire time I was there I got to listen to the employees talk about not having any cars and they just hope that people don't show up for reservations, no calls being made to let peopl know or anything.

Heads up--- They're not open on Sundays and close at 1pm on Saturdays, and no after hours drop!! I didn't assume this and when I tried to return the car on Saturday afternoon and couldn't, it cost me for two extra days because they weren't open until Monday.
