I had The Best experience renting here as the sales rep, Kenta, is very professional, very friendly, a great communicator, great attitude and helped me rent a truck here so that I could have a successful work trip. He followed up on time, was clear in his communications and is a stellar person to work with at this location. Due to the great way he handled my rental, I will most certainly rent here again!

Way more options than other truck rental places. Their liftgate trucks are amazing for heavy loads. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I’ve rented trucks from other branches, and though they all have been consistently amazing and efficient, Shoreline had by far the best customer service and kind employees. I highly recommend to anyone, even to those unfamiliar with trucks and features.

We had a last-minute need for a truck to tow a trailer for our camping trip, and Joe was friendly, super helpful, and we were able to pick it up that afternoon. Camping trip saved!
