I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They were upfront, fair, and gave me advice that saved me thousands of dollars. The whole team was friendly, honest, and efficient, and they had my car finished much sooner than expected. It’s rare to find service that’s this trustworthy and fast. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

This shop went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to explain all my options and ended up saving me around $5,000 through their honest advice and practical solutions. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me, not just making a sale. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the quality of their work was excellent. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

Highly recommend Everybody’s Auto! They were super quick and took the time to patiently answer all my (many) questions. Another shop had misdiagnosed my car, and after shopping around a lot, these guys were by far the most fairly priced. Once I brought my car in, they figured out the real issue and ended up saving me even more money. As a woman, I really appreciated how honest and respectful they were throughout the whole process

Would have given them 5 but they couldn't do my service. Even though I made an appointment and drove all the way thru traffic from the south end. They explained everything wonderfully and really care about providing excellent service. They were under staffed. You should bring your car to this place, especially as a woman. They really do care about building a service relationship and not try and rip you off. If you live out North, this should be your go to spot. They are going to take great care of you.

Update from 3 stars to 1 star. Im incredibly disapointed to find out that my car had dry rotted tires on the inside side of the tires. I had to pay for a brand new set which couldve helped me negotiate the price on the car. I do fully expect a refund for this negligence.
Got prepurchase inspection
-Charged me a biohazard fee. Other shops didnt, problem is they charged me again anfter no biohazard would be found.
-Charged more than market rate for parts even though same part and number at orrielys not common among autoshops.
-Gave wrong light bulb quote, and the repair was incorrect, it needs a new kit, not a new bulb. Same thing with headlights needed a new kit not bulb.
-Charges a part fee
-failed to inform me of undercarriage protector flap damage despite it being a full inspection
Lied to me about my air filter, I inspected myself and it was in very good condition, my cabin air filter did need to be replaced they were going to charge 100 dollars for??
Do not reccomend unless you just want a quick second opinion. Not happy with lack of transparency, and the lying about my air filter. Incorrect parts as well for vehicle, I tested mysel

I'm extremely impressed with the work these guys did in the time they did it, while working with me on the price. It feels good knowing that there are still great shops like this one. I will be coming back here for any future work that I need done. I highly recommend these guys.
