Leela helped me with printing a piece of art. I usually don’t write reviews but it was so easy and helpful that I had to write one. I was able to make a call to discuss and it was super easy to execute. They can even use Adobe to edit. Honestly, did not expect this level of service anymore, let alone from a chain.

The lady helping me out was very friendly and directed me to exactly what I'm needing quickly, and even suggested me with lower cost options so I could save on some rather expensive shipping. Probably my best FedEx experience so far. Thank you!

Dropped my package off, 5 days later it still says not sent out and when calling I got hung up on 4 times as soon as they answered.

I didn't go to the Fed Ex store and expect to be impressed but I was. I had 5 boxes to return, was given a cart to use, and they covered the old labels and put the new ones on for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

The employees at this store are so kind and knowledgeable. I needed to rush some important documents and they went above and beyond to help. I am so appreciative of these people!

The managerial staff is so rude. They manage customers and talk like youre a corporate employee. Two different times while I was trying to buy prints I was being barked at about where I can stand or sit. I ended up just leaving. Felt like I was talking to a bunch of little vice principles in a middle school

Highly recommend if you need forgien passport to come here for photos. Felix was super helpful and attentive in helping and making sure the requirements were met.

Sara the store manager was an Angel. We were very lost and confused on having to send out very important documents and she walked us right through it. Every other FedEx I went to, I was met with disinterest and told to help myself at the kiosk. Sara knew exactly what we needed and helped us get it done quickly and efficiently. She’s gotta be one of FedExs best employees.

4 dollars for a thin, plastic bag is insane. Go to UPS if you can as prices are 1/4 the price most.

Everybody's pretty friendly in the store. They're always pretty prompt when helping but this one worker Laura (A lot of the reason I gave it a five star )just goes above and beyond definitely makes the visit pleasant she gets you in and gets you out. THANK U LAURA!

The staff at this location, especially the weekend staff, are very professional and great at offering help when needed. Employees are doing multiple tasks but never sacrifice providing great customer service. I work from home and occasionally need to use FedEx, and this is my location, even though it's a bit farther.
