Called for a quote. Person on the phone answered with an annoyed sounding "hello". I explained that I needed a tow and I was asked the car type and where I needed it towed from and to. The person then explained that it would be $275 per hour. I repeated the price and they confirmed "yes". I said "Got it, okay" and the person hung up on me before I could say anything else. No goodbye, didn't ask if I wanted to book them, nothing. Guess they don't need the business.

Someone drilled out my gas tank while I was at work. Anthony came and helped me tow it to the shop near by and called the city to help clean up the mess. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I didn't personally hire this company for towing, but I was just behind their driver coming up from Golden Gardens Park, and I watched the driver of the truck put so much effort into making sure the vehicle he was towing wasn't damaged going under the bridge.He pulled the most advanced, professional maneuver to be out the window watching for clearance while still watching the road, without causing a backup in traffic.I've had cars damaged by multiple towing companies, so I had to stop off and give props to this guy. Can't gauge value/price, but I can say I'd pay a little more if I knew my tow driver drove like this when I used them.Cheers!

The guy who helped me was so nice, super helpful and fast! I lost my keys, he towed my car from Seattle to my house without me even being there. Once he got to my house he helped me get into my car, all for a great price. He also referred me to a local locksmith, made the call and set everything up for me. It was a huge relief because I was pretty stressed out about the whole ordeal and he made the process so incredibly easy for me. I highly recommend their services.Services: Car lockouts

I was stranded at O'Rielly's and I called 9 other mechanics before Focus Towing and they all gave me ridiculous prices because of Covid-19. My destination was literally 4 minutes away. Thankfully Anthony was here to save the day! He is probably the most honest tow truck driver I've seen. Most people work for people but this tow truck driver works with people. Such an understanding worker during tough times. If you want quality care of your vehicle give him a call. He will get there quick! And I mean quick!! I had to go across the street to the atm and get cash and by the time I came back he was there ready to tow my car. Amazing timing! Couldn't have asked for a better price and better timing. Saved a student lots of money during this pandemic. Thanks!
