GBC is an excellent local bank to work with. Yes, they are smaller than BofA but they do care about their customers, unlike many other large banks. JJ Kim was my primary contact for my refinancing project and he genuinely did his best to find the best option for his bank and me. GBC will be my preferred investment partner for a long time.
