MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care provides efficient and friendly medical service for walk-in patients and those with appointments. Experiences with wait times vary, from being seen very fast to sometimes waiting over an hour or several hours. The staff is consistently described as great, very nice, patient, gracious, kind, and professional. They are efficient and make visits feel speedy, with some patients in and out in under 45 minutes. The clinical team is knowledgeable, listens to patients, and provides care such as checking lungs and ears, irrigating ears, stapling lacerations, and providing prescriptions. They successfully get situations under control and put patients' minds at ease. The clinic is appreciated for its weekend and evening hours. Many patients report wonderful experiences and state this location is their new go-to urgent care.
They have this new thing. You can check in and get in line before you are actually there. Once I knew I was supposed to be there the process was so easy. Why did it take so long for us to realize this?

Staff were great from front desk all the way up the medical provider and everyone in between. I was a walk in and my wait time was half of what they said it may be. The whole thing was a great experience. I felt listened to and well taken care of-I would recommend this place to anyone I know in a heartbeat-thank you!!!!
