These guys are awesome! Had an emergency flat and barely made it before closing. They patched my tire and did it for free! Big shout out to Andy!

Great service. Kobo was super helpful. Used great communication when he broke the bad news to me that what I thought might be a free patch was not fixable, and told me my options for replacements. He’s very knowledgeable and was patient with all of my questions. Highly recommend him! Overall, a great tire shop. The service was quick and the waiting room was clean.

Waited 2 hours to get my tire fixed for them to ‘top it off’ and kick me out. I had a flat tire on the side of the road a few days later.

I've been to Les Schwab along Lake City, Kenmore, Mill Creek, and this Shoreline location.
Throughout the years of going to Les Schwab, the shoreline location is by far my favorite because it seems like they want to find the root cause of the problem and that helps reduce the number of visits. Reliable!

I came by with a blown tire, with not the proper tools to put a spare on. The first person I interacted with said they were too busy and I would need a tow to the other Les Schwab. And while I was in my car waiting for my tow, Jesse came by and asked what I needed. I explained the situation and he told me he could help me and to cancel to tow truck. He honestly saved the awful day I was having. Jesse was amazing and made my awful day so much better, I’m so happy he was willing to help me. The 5 stars goes for him and him alone.

EVERY time I have been here they have mixed something up or left me in a bind. This is the third awful experience that I've had with Shoreline Les Schwab and I'll never be back. I used to take my cars to the Lake City location but I moved 5 blocks away from this one and I will definitely be making the trip 5 miles to avoid the hassle with this location.
Most recently, I bought a new vehicle and wanted to swap tires with my old vehicle. I asked them to take a look at the brakes and alignment then let me know when they were ready to have me come down with my old vehicle to swap tires. They called me to come down and by the time I got there, they told me that they hadn't checked into anything... realized when I was on the way that they didn't have the proper thin wall socket and even if they did that they weren't willing to work on the vehicle because it wasn't safe to put these tires back on the other vehicle. Spoiler alert, there was a simple solution but this guy was only willing to tell me about the problem. It wasted 4 hours of my day.
This morning when I called Lake City Les schwab, Neil was able to help me handle the situation over the phone in 5 minutes: The new tires didn't have the proper flange lug nuts and we just need to get those in order to get everything handled simply.
The last time I was there, I brought my old vehicle that had been stolen to replace tires. They put the old tires back into my beige cloth interior and stained the carpet and seats in multiple places.
Another time, I called to see if they had my chains in stock, they said yes and I planned my day trip around picking them up. They called me to tell me that they were available and by the time I got there, 10 minutes later, they realize that they didn't have them. I had to hold off on my trip to wait to have them delivered from another store. I will never visit this location again. Save yourself the trouble!!!!!

We had the battery replaced here a few weeks ago, and just the other day, the car was completely dead. No lights, nothing. We jumped it, planned to charge the battery by driving on the freeway. But then, the car just died all of sudden while driving on a busy road. We jump start the car succesfully and it died again. Seriously dangerous. After some frantic Googling while stranded, I found out the problem: the battery terminal was loose. Like, really loose. Apparently, the battery they fitted has smaller terminals, so the screw won't tighten. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, I'm really disapointed with Les Schwab, and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

We'd been getting low tire pressure warnings off and on for weeks. After refilling the tires ourselves for several weeks, we got the warning again. Took it to Les Schwab and they patched it up, free of charge. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate Les Schwab's approach to business. I'll always go to them if I have a car issue!

This company used to be professional and put customer service high on their list. This days are gone! Understaffed, poorly trained like most companies, poor service. No one cares anymore! Of course where else can I go? Discount Tires is just as bad or worse usually.

I went for an appointment to get my tire air pressure monitoring system fixed and new wiper blades. They were pretty quick fixing my car and affordable too. Definitely going to recommend them to friends in the future.
