I had a lovely and relaxed experience shopping at the Shoreline store today.Shea was so knowledgeable!She was super helpful in finding just the right toys, and patient sorting out the exchange I made… awesome experience overall!

My partner & I excitedly visited the local Lovers establishment looking for a magical bedroom toy, only to be pestered by the stores associate ?. She loudly interrupted our initial attempt at browsing the store from behind where we were standing. After some questions, she went full "car salesman mode" on us, leading us across the store simultaneously being super dull trying to upsell more expensive items twice the price of what my partner specifically vocalized interest in. Her actions were intrusive, abrasive & unpleasantly unprofessional, urgently trying to upsell us more items the entire time, even when at the checkout. She did not give us mere minutes to converse amongst ourselves before the next sales pitch was rolling in! Unfortunately, she only looked & spoke to my partner (Caucasian F) while I stood awkwardly almost as if invisible until we spoke at checkout where I was patronized for presenting my i.d. to get my military discount. All in all, it sucked all the fun out of our trip. Definitely wouldn't recommend this specific Lovers location. Nothing Sexy About This Place.

I came to the Shoreline Lovers store looking for white stockings. The store was out of stock but Arlo took the time to call another store that had them and get them set aside for pick up. Arlo also helped my husband and I find other products in the store which was very helpful! Thank you, Arlo!!

Overpriced for poor quality and poor customer service at this specific location.Bought a tail recently only to look at it once I got home to be horrified at the quality.Went here to do any sort of exchange or refund and was pushed away by their nasty attitudes, didn't feel welcomed. Don't recommend this chain or location
