At Mann’s right now, they were able to spot weld a poorly welded bracket on my ARE canopy. Canopy West in Everett fumbled the job, don’t go there, but Mann got my work truck back to working order!! Y’all are the best, and definitely my first call if I ever have a bigger project.

these guys are the real deal!! absolutely professionals that have helped me on multiple jobs. Chadd helped us out last minute getting a wiring harness fixed up. And they installed a hitch on my vehicle a couple years back. 11/10 recommend these guys to get it done right.

Chad provides quality and timely service. He installed a receiver hitch on my Subaru last fall. I recently backed into a concrete wall and was concerned I might have compromised the hitch in some way (even though there was no visible damage to the hitch or my car. Chad kindly took a look to make sure everything was intact and the bolts were properly torqued. No charge for his time. I appreciate his work ethic and the way he runs his business.

Chad did an amazing job of technical work and customer service in helping me add an Eco-hitch and trailer wiring to my Ford Cmax hybrid. The wiring harness I had purchased wasn't compatible and instead of having me return it, Chad bought it from me for what I paid. Then he found the right one. He did a great job installing it after doing extra research on his own time, to get the proper interface with the hybrid system. And since the took more time than expected, he gave me a terrific discount in recognition of my time. What an honorable man and service.
The installation is very clean - as if the car came with it. I am so impressed and highly recommend Mann's!

I was having trouble getting my truck to communicate with my trailer brakes. Chad had me come in with my truck and trailer and helped me to diagnose the problem quickly and had me back on the road. Would recommend Mann’s to anyone!

Mann's installed a trailer hitch on my Mini Cooper a few years back and the electrical input came unattached from the car recently and was dragging. They were nice enough to take me in very quickly and get it taken care of in an even better fashion than originally with a new part at no charge. They've promised it should be good for many more years, but to always come back if anything goes wrong. Super happy with that kind of customer service and attention to detail.
