I worked with Noor (apologies for any misspelling!), who didn't try once but three times, to find me the correct glass front for the Samsung note 10+, because most of the local sellers were using a screen with a weird bezel instead of extending from edge to edge. He went out of his way to try to find the right screen replacement, going as far as ordering a replacement out of country, and he walked me through the process so I understood in layman's terms what he was doing and why. He was a really down to earth guy to chat with and was very personable and easy going. I walked out with a perfect note 10+ screen replacement and highly recommend using them.

Sold a stolen phone !!!!
About a year ago we went in and bought an iPhone.
IPhone kept dropping calls and they said it was because of when phone was tossed. My friend had not handled a conversation with associate well and tossed phone at them. Totally agree it was wrong and inappropriate. We took phone back. Today I finally decided after paying $1200 that I wanted to figure out what was wrong, called Apple Support. They sold us a stolen phone.
Also another lesson, always read contracts. Bought phone for $800, they brought us right to the signature page. Turns out you have to pay phone off in a few months otherwise you pay $1200. That's our bad for not asking to read the contract. However when I went in to ask why money was still being pulled they said they didn't know and that I should only pay $800. Leads me to believe they don't know the conditions of the contract.
