Everyone we worked with (Marcos, Brittany, Ashley, Hailey, Patrick, Seth) made sure that we progressed towards closing. They made sure that underwriting was provided all the information timely so that we were able to waive financing contingency when the seller asked us to waive the contingency. When we had another problem with a small appraisal fix, they were able to come up with a solution very quickly.
