The manager warned me of the long wait time and thanked me for my patience, and just being acknowledged goes a long way toward making the wait times bearable. Kenmar has helped me both times I've visited, and he's friendly, courteous, and professional! He goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy, while still having a sense of urgency needed in such a busy location.”

“I had to get my notary done and my application documents were not specifically showing the verbiage where the stamp can be added. Our banker was very helpful and went out of the way to help us. He suggested using a Notary certificate instead and added the details & stamp in there. I had a very bad experience with Bank of America (1121 N 205th St, Shoreline, WA 98133) with the same application document.”

She helped me call the department but they need to decide today. So I one back today. And she helped me call again and finally I know the results. Thanks so much. She’s really nice and patient. “I noticed those had low stars based on a bad review a long time ago so I wanted to update it. I came here at 7pm, in the dark. It was well lit and in an open parking lot with good visibility. It's near Costco and other stores with good clientele. I felt comfortable making my deposit which was accepted with no issues.”
