Both my dog and my family LOVE Mud Bay! The staff are amazing and so helpful! Plus, you can return pretty much anything that doesn't work for your pet as long as it's not more than 50% gone. I tried a bone for my bully and he has a very sensitive stomach. It did not go over well at all and it took me a couple of weeks to bring it back, but it was no problem at all! Their products are great quality and fairly priced. My dog knows where we are when we pull in the parking lot and knows that he'll have 2 or 3 employees down on the floor loving on him. They're so knowledgeable too, so I really can't say enough great things about them!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had an exceptional experience at Mud Bay Granary thanks to Kaitlyn I was on a mission to find the perfect wet cat food for my feline friend, they went above and beyond to help me out. From the moment I walked in, Kaitlyn greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. They took the time to understand my cat's dietary needs and preferences, guiding me through the various options available.
Their knowledge and expertise were truly impressive, and they made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to Kaitlyn, I left the store feeling confident that I had found the right food for my fur baby. I highly recommend Mud Bay Granary and commend Kaitlyn for their outstanding customer service. My cat and I couldn't be happier! If you need help ask for Kaitlyn, they have the most striking eyes.

Best pet store by far! Prices are usually equal to, or less than the big pet stores (unlike All the Best who charges 25% or more for everything). They ONLY sell the highest quality products. Never have cheap junk. Amazing and very knowledgeable customer service! Return policy can't be beat. Return anything, for any reason without question. Unresellable returns, they donate to rescue orgs, and you can bring still usable pet items/foods which also get donated even if it's not bought from them. They obviously don't have as much inventory as large pet stores, but do carry almost everything you'd need/want. They always spoil my dog with treats and love. It's one of his favorite places to go!

Mudbay Shoreline quickly became my dogs favorite place. The staff became friends and my dog would always run at the opportunity to visit the store. The staff is always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. There are always safe and healthy treats that even the pickiest of dogs will love. Collin, Audrey, Sam, Caitie, Reese, Jerome, Chelsea, Kelsey, Annie,Jude. You’re all the best!

The staff are super friendly and super helpful! The staff always are open to giving recommendations and tips and they even give free treat samples! Whenever I'm inside browsing for toys or treats the staff are always super nice! Nice location next to Trader Joe's!

Amazingly friendly staff. We’ve had to return some things before because they didn’t work or because there was something wrong and they have always been so kind at helping us out. Definitely people who care about their jobs and care about animals. Love it here even though it might be a little bit more pricey.

this is the first Mud Bay I’ve been to and I really love the vibes here! The staffs make great recommendations they helped me pick out food that my picky cats absolutely loved! The return policy and sampling options are also wonderful for trying out new foods and litter. I will definitely be back ^^.
