Shalleenakaye was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me figure out a plan to get a new storage unit. Since I will be moving soon, she helped me understand the prices and how the payments work as well. I will definitely be going in to get the process started. Booked a storage unit online, arrived to check-in several days later, and was told there weren’t any of that type available and that it shouldn’t have appeared as available. First and last time attempting to use this companies services; I went to the local storage place next door.
