I came here 3 hrs later after seeing the doctor and they told me they just worked on my order and let me come back 30mins later. I came back after another 3 hrs, waited in the line for 1 hr while there were only 4 people before me. Then they told me only partial meds are ready, I need to be back later again. WOW.

They message that medications are ready, you show up after working your full day and two of the three medications are not there. They blame it on waiting for approval from your insurance. I believe the problem is incompetence, rudeness and overall sense of "oh well". Don't bother trying to call either.

I come at 9am to pick up my prescription, there is a line 5 people deep and not moving, I come after work around 4pm and the line is 8 people deep. Waited 20 minutes before leaving in frustration and pain. Hire some more MF employees!!!!

The Safeway Pharmacy is more of a zoo than the actual zoo. 3 people working and there is still a line around the corner. Not one of the three people working seemed to have a clue about the mechanics of working there or doing something as simple as processing a transaction and printing a receipt. I will not be back!

Today I was in line in the pharmacy to ask about medication. It was around 1:30 pm and I was in line, when the pharmacist closed the shutters in my face, still looking at me. I have been working at Safeway for 23 years so far, and I have never witnessed someone being so rude. This pharmacist should not be working in this company. This isn't the way they should treat people.

Some of the most incompetent, slowest employees I've ever seen at a pharmacy. They ordered the wrong medication for me, gave me the incorrect tools to apply my pain relief and need the manager to wipe their butts for everything. I'm transferring to Bartells.

Òn Monday, December 12th, I had a prescription filled at this Safeway. The woman who took my prescription and waited on me was fantastic. It has been a long time since I was treated with such caring and kindness at a pharmacy. I really need to get her name. To me this is what an outstanding employee is. I also got my flu shot and Latest Covid vaccine here. Just pleasant and professional staff. Thank you

Made an appointment online for a shot. After waiting in line for 10 minutes they inform me they can't honor my appointment because they don't see it (despite me having a confirmation email).After 10 minute hold I talk to customer service, they send me to a discountinued number.I engage customer service online and get no responses, it's just a blank one sided chat.I call back to customer service and they ask for my appointment confirmation number in the email.... But Safeway's appointment emails don't contain confirmation numbers.I ask how I need to go about scheduling an appointment and the support agent tells me to do it online, I tell them I already did it online and even got a confirmation. I ask if they can let their technical team know that there is a problem with the website and the agent responds that there is no issue.....I have no reason to come back here again and expect a positive experience.

The worst pharmacy. Their app is trash, it regularly approves orders and then I get called by the pharmacy saying it didn't go through. The app lets me place an order for same day delivery stating it costs $13.99 for delivery within two hours and I agree to pay it and then my store says I'm past the cut off? Trash service for a trash pharmacy. I'm going elsewhere.

We go here almost daily. The employees are all (mostly) friendly and know us by our faces. We fill our prescriptions and do probably 75% of our shopping in this one store. They recently re-displayed products and the store flows more nicely now. Prices during the pandemic have been outrageous, but let's be real, that's everywhere.
