I feel like the staff isn’t the nicest right when you get there they’re like “DOB” no hi how are you? How’s your day going and I wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile here and there or act like you care somewhat been going there for a year now and I’ve never really ran into staff that was friendly except for one pharmacist. I understand they’re busy but the end of the day their job should be people centered.

They've been helpful once we get ahold of them. They've filled all of our prescriptions, but sometimes it takes perseverance and calls back. Unfortunately, lines are long and phone wait times are interminable (20-plus minutes, navigating on hold/cutoff/callback and so on). At one point, our health insurance forced us to choose this pharmacy.

Man this pharmacy is so terrible. conveniently it's right across the street from my house an I'll have my meds sent anywhere but here. I don't know if they have ever filled mine, my 4 sons , my two daughters or my wife's prescription right without a 1 to 2 week delay an if you call to ask a question you'll be lucky if someone picks up the phone but they will hang up in your face over and over and eventually someone else will pick up and hang up In your face. Ridiculous. Safeway is going downhill fast. Everyone of them is the same treatment as this one

If they are at all busy be prepared to be outi on hold when you call indefinitely until the call ends itself.

The people are friendly, sure, but they always have only one person working the register, while two to three people full orders in the back, while the line is seven, eight people long. Every. Single. Time. Nobody has time to waste like this.

I'm parked near the permanently closed doors, waiting for my sister who's in the store. I quickly realized the people in the car next to me are up to no good. There's two men in the back seat while 3 women jump in and out disappearing, walking off towards Aurora. A few minutes pass and they're back to the car. One of the women does her disappearing walk from car to car and heads in the store wearing a bathing suit and hooker heals. While she's walking in the store another lady gets out of the car next to me and leans on the backside of car for a minute and walks off to another car, gets in, vanishes for five or so minutes then gets out of that car walking back to the car next to me. The car she got out of promptly leaves. I realized they're working the Safeway parking lot. Jumping in and out of cars every few minutes. One of the women is definitely dealing her body and the other two are dealing and or drugs. It's very irritating that I can't even go to my neighborhood grocery store without having to see this crap. Why is Safeway allowing people dressed in nothing shop in the store? Why don't they do anything about their store being taken over by street people? Drugs is one thing and very hard to battle but hooking in the parking lot is a whole nother issue. Are these men armed? Are they going to protect their drugs and women? Their car was very darkly tinted so I could only see their faces well. Why is this being allowed? How much worse does it have to get before they do something? They've already permanently locked one of the entrances and check our receipts on the way out. They need security guards or something. Until it's handled I don't feel safe shopping there. It's disgusting that I need to show proof of what I've bought. If the store doesn't trust me, then I can't trust the store. That's what cameras and security are for. It's not ok that I'm being treated like a criminal just to buy some food. Do something about the Safeway on 15332 Aurora Ave N, shoreline please. It's the only grocery store within walking distance from where I live.

Kindest, most helpful pharmacy staff I've ever had. Even if this pharmacy is out of the way for me this will always be my go-to. ❤️

Pretty good experience overall. Remember they are closed from 1:30pm-2pm...

You can't run a pharmacy with two people. Of course, this pharmacy is the same as all other pharmacies today.

Great pharmacy and staff, but Safeway corporate can be difficult to deal with. Sometime around 6 months ago I stared getting a phone call every day to pickup my meds which I never signed up for or consented to. I contacted the pharmacy 5 times about this who have said they have done what they can on their end but I continue to receive calls. The couldn't provide me any contact at Safeway corporate to ask for these calls to be disabled, and frankly I shouldn't have to do this many hours of leg work and multiple phone calls to not receive automated calls I didn't ask for and have repeatedly ask Safeway to stop because I need my phone line free for work.
They also started being unable to fill my ADHD medication prescription and said they don't know when they will be able to as their supplier simply doesn't have it. They'd never notify me if this, I'd request meds and they would tell me to come in and then tell me they didn't have it. I swapped that to rite aid who has no problem filling it and seemed confused by Safeway was having trouble, and has never tried to repeatedly call me without my permission.
Shame, bc the staff are great but the admin seems poorly managed.

I was a customer at a North Seattle Safeway for a few years, before switching to this Safeway pharmacy location. The pharmacy staff have wonderful customer service skills. They seem to have my prescriptions on hand when needed and are available for questions. (This was not my experience at the Safeway on NE 15th in Seattle.)
It's like night and day in a positive way. It was super easy and fast to get my flu shot here too! The woman administering the shot did a great job. I had no pain when she gave the shot to me. Thank you.

Terrible back end staff, had one of them smack boxes out of my hand for trying to use the compactor. On top of that they harassed me when I reported it to their managers. They do not respect their vendors at all.

I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy, sometimes I have to wait in line but usually not. They are very helpful and will check Good Rx etc. for discount when charge is high. I also like that they have a private room for immunizations.

This job can’t be easy and to be expected every time to be kind, empathetic and on point is a great deal to expect from anyone. Yet every time I come here, the staff of this tiny busy pharmacy makes me feel safe and cared for. I appreciate their efforts to ensure my wellbeing and want to let each of them know how thankful I am for their dedication.

I urge the staff here to be more informed about HSA eligible items to avoid inconveniencing customers in the future continuously.
I recently visited this Safeway to purchase a few items, which should be eligible for purchase using my HSA. However, upon reaching the counter, I was informed by the staff that I couldn’t use my HSA for this laxative.
Afterward, I did some research and found out that laxatives are indeed eligible for HSA.
