Maybe this has something to do with excellence of this stores' management, it is always all day stocked well above the other surrounding stores of items I need. Thank you 155th & Aurora Ave Safeway, I love this intersection.

Good shopping experience, as apposed to the 2 qfc's in Cap Hill with overbearing, openly assaulting and falsely accusing security guards... Plus better selection.

Love love LOVE the ladies at the Safeway pharmacy!!! They have such a festive vibe it's impossible not to be smiling when getting your order. Especially love Anne. She remembers my name and always says to tell my sister hi.

Cant even count 20 pills correctly… & the attitude from employees like they are too busy to help literal patients just shines a lovely light on why they are here… for a paycheck. If they wanted a well paying job that allows them to not care then they should’ve gone into Law. Go to any other pharmacy and you will be doing yourself a favor.

Aggressively useless. Out of stock on meds. Slow to notify you of problems. Hard to work with. Steer clear if you can

The people that worked here are awesome. I was there last week as I was paying my groceries and dig in my pocket I didn't feel the money that I got from the machine. I thought maybe I just throw it inside my backpack as I sometimes do when I'm in a hurry. So I paid the merchandise with card on my way out I stopped by the door to review my receipt before shoving it in my pocket. As I was looking at my receipt there's this employee running trying to catch up with me saying sir you dropped your money. I said, "oh that's why I didn't feel it in my pocket." As he handed me $200.00. I'm really grateful there are still honest people. I thanked him. As he was saying "you're welcome." He turned around quickly and went back to his station. I didn't have the chance to get his name. He's a young man with long nice hair. He seems to be hardworking and an honest man. Thank you.

Can't get a hold of anyone, refills aren't ready ahead of time and aren't accurate. Nice people once you can talk to them (go in person) probably understaffed... If you need medication to support your well-being, find another pharmacy that you can rely on

I dread having to go here every month. There's always at least 3 people working but only one register is ever open and they always have the slowest employee working the register. Worst pharmacy!

The person at the window was unfriendly and hesitant to help. They could use some customer service training. I was there for a vaccine appointment I made online and the sign said to go to that window; they just asked if I had a question and was confused about why I was there. In the end I was turned away because they didn't understand that people less than 50 with immunocompromised conditions were allowed to get a second covid booster and she didn't apologize or anything. They just said yep can't get it under 50.

Friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists that take a real personal interest in customers, no matter how busy they are. I feel so lucky to have them in my local Safeway!

They made an error and put in their computer they had issued me a 90-day supply of my blood pressure medicine as opposed to a 30 day, which is what I received. When it came time for me to get more medication, they told me to go look for the medication I must have lost. I told them I am almost out and please get a refill from my doctor. They said they would. Several days later when I was completely out of my medicine I called back, they said the same thing again "You are not due for new medicine because you had 90 days." I told them I am out and please can I have a refill. They said they would contact my doctor. After several days without my medication, I called and was told the same thing, as though we had never spoken, and no medication was ever requested from my doctor. So, I made and appointment with my doctor's office where my doctor sent in the prescription for my blood pressure medication. I went in to get my medicine, they did not have it. They told me, again the same thing. I called my doctor and asked if they would please send in my prescription. The next day, I felt off, so I took my blood pressure at home. It was 136/120, I have an anxiety disorder which causes high blood pressure, and the medication I take, and get through them, also causes high blood pressure. So, at that point I was having a hypertensive crisis, I called the pharmacy and they informed me they had had the prescription the whole time, but my insurance wouldn't pay for it because it was before refill time. She asked, "do you want to pay for it?" I told her I want to live so I would pay for it. Then I called my doctor, who confirmed my prescription was for 30 days. They called the pharmacy; I was finally able to get my medication which was covered by my insurance after they discovered the pharmacy's mistake. Needless to say, I have found a new pharmacy. I am highly concerned about anyone with lifesaving medication going to this pharmacy.

This is a busy pharmacy. Like most pharmacies right now, they are understaffed, so wait times (like every other pharmacy Out there) can be long. Both of the pharmacists there are quite friendly and helpful. We have come in with some strange circumstances and they always do their best to find us a solution. They are even helpful for non prescription questions.

This pharmacy was once a highly efficient and friendly place to get your prescriptions filled. As of this year they are the most unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional group of people I have tried to work with. I had asked that all my prescriptions be filled all at once if possible. They did for awhile, but now it’s spread out throughout the month. My doctor called in a prescription and it wasn’t filled, then they “lost” half of it. I asked them to call my doctor. Nope, wouldn’t do that, it had to be either called in, sent by computer order or written. Walgreens would always call to check or follow up. I asked in July if there were any prescriptions that were coming up as I’ll be out of town until the middle of August. They checked and told me no. Then at the beginning of August they started sending me notices every other day telling me my prescriptions were ready to pickup. They basically will ignore any requests from the customer and will charge your insurance as soon as they can for their prescriptions. I’m now changing my pharmacy to Rite-Aid. At least they will work with me and make the necessary phone calls to follow up on prescriptions.
