After waiting for 30 minutes for my drinks, I asked about the status - I knew they were busy, but I wanted to make sure my order was actually in there because drinks ordered after mine were coming out. Andre, who was working on drinks, rudely told me to "be patient" while I waited for the cashier to help me. I hadn't said anything, simply waited, and Andre inserted himself for no reason whatsoever. The cashier told me my drinks were made, so someone likely took them, and they could remake my drinks. I asked if they could, and it took yet another 20 minutes for my drinks to finally come out. Andre was also acting exasperated the whole time that people could possibly wonder about their drinks, as if I hadn't ordered at 2:35pm and finally left the store at 3:25pm. I did not bother the people on the bar, only asked the cashier, why do I need to be treated so rudely? I'm very disappointed, because I get multiple drinks here a week, and this experience has really made me never want to come back to this location. I won't leave as low of a rating that I currently feel, because in the past the workers have been great, but this time it went terribly. I miss the previous baristas.

Same as the previous review I made a few minutes ago.Wheelchair accessibility: While it's not an issue for me, I do see it's available for those with physical and/or developmental challenges.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Washington state. The staff is always super welcoming and go out of their way to correct any wrongs (rarely happen). Laurie is amazing and I have to be honest, I followed her from her last location to this one and I can see how her energy has influenced the Staff. I highly recommend it.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the whole area! These lovely baristas are consistently efficient and accurate; they never get my order wrong and something about their workflow makes for a fast and easy visit every time! This location can get busy, but I order on the app a few minutes before I get there and it’s always ready when I walk in to pick it up. Every time I walk in the door, I’m greeted with smiles and a “good morning,” and some days I even receive a sweet and encouraging note written on my cup! Special shout-out to Brynja for her superior service!

Always have to come here as a last resort for coffee and almost always do I wait an exorbitant amount of time because I do not use the drive-thru. The baristas are incredibly nice but I cant help but feel disappointed after waiting 10-15 mins for a coffee I ordered the second I walk into the store.

There are several things you need to be a writer. Imagination, English skills and dedication to work are some of the main things. Just as important is to have a great place to work. Most days I work at home. Everything I need is here - internet, snacks, quiet, etc... But, there are times when I need a change of venue to stoke the creative fires. That is when I turn to coffee shops. In addition to the easy access to caffeine, I get out of the house, a new view and people to eavesdrop on.The best coffee shops are the funky little places with clever names and wifi passwords. I enjoy checking these places out on my search for the ideal writing environment. My quest takes me all over. While a nice drive is fun, there are times when I have too many ideas that need to be written to waste time looking for some obscure joint. The easy thing to do is to go to the Starbucks down the street. Some people think they are too corporate and they over roast the coffee. For me, the dark roast tastes good, and the corporate efficiency is nice when there is a long line waiting for their caffeine fix.The Starbucks near me used to have a couple of nice leather chairs that I could sink into comfortably for a couple of hours. On my last trip to this Starbucks, I was bummed to see that they had replaced the chairs with tiny tables and hard chairs. Maybe they are trying to get people to finish their coffee and get out before their butt goes to sleep. Whatever the reason, it does not help my writing process. There is a concrete floor and the chairs do not have those little plastic things on the legs. The result is that everytime someone moves a chair, it screeches as the legs drag on the floor. You try to keep that perfect turn of phrase in your head long enough to type it in while people are pulling your attention every time they move.In addition to the chair noise, the high industrial ceiling creates an echo that makes everyone have to speak at full volume to be heard by the person across the table. To make conversation even harder, whoever controls the music has decided to crank it up to near disco levels.I plan to skip this place in the future.

Unfortunately, the place was a mess. Several messy spills on the checkout counter and no one seemed to care, very messy bar area where the straws and napkins and garbage cans are located, the floor needed sweeping, etc.

I live in Ballard but took the E line to the Aurora Village Park and Ride to meet a friend that was picking me up to go somewhere else this past Sunday. Not knowing the area I wasn't sure where I was going to wait for her. She said there was a Starbucks near Costco. First off let me say, I'm not usually a Starbucks person. Seattle has many indie coffee shops in town with great coffee that I prefer. However people constantly give me gc to Starbucks and I had been wanting to try some of their lemonade slushie summer drinks. After finding the shop I went inside and ordered the Mango Dragonfruit lemonade slushie without the strawberry swirl and a egg white spinach wrap. Everything came out as ordered and not too long of a wait. As I sat eating and sipping what I observed this location. I have to say it was apparent that everyone that was working that day appeared to really enjoy each other and were a well bonded team. Other little things that made me want to write this review is that they were all friendly. Also watched as one of the employees went above and beyond in my opinion. I noticed this store has a lot of elderly customers. One of the employees walked over to an elderly woman that was seated and asked her if she had received all of her order. She thought that possibly the woman hadn't received everything and wanted to double check they went up to the pick up area together to double check. You don't even see that kind of care in most restaurants. Also, the drive through area had forgotten one of drinks from and order and went running outside to chase down the car and make sure the people got the full order. My complements to whoever manages this store cause they obviously hired well and lead by example.
