The best group of decent, compassionate and professional staff for the eight years I have been a client I have been impressed by their dedication to treating those who are opioid dependent they save lives. Thank you

This place is awful. You are nothing but medicaid dollars to them. The couselors are not there to help you. They are like cops. Their job is to trick you into admitting something they can use against you, so they lie, gaslight, manipulate, pretend to be your advocate when they are nothing but control freaks like the medical staff. I got so paranoid of my counselors I learned to say nothing but the most basic details of my life and be prepared to lie if necessary. Because with one careless admission they'd pull your carries and turn your life upside down. It was like being interviewed by a cop on a fishing expedition once per month. My last counselor admitted he was taking multiple kinds of opioids himself and another one told me she was on Adderall. What a joke!

Sam at the front desk is the most rude person I've ever dealt with in a professional setting I can't believe she still has a job.Over the last weekend sure to the snow my husband and I aren't able to make our dose on Saturday and when we went on on Tuesday(because Monday was a holiday) they dropped us down 90 mg because we missed 3 days then we find out they weren't even open on Saturday so no matter what we would've been screwed FU&$ THS is rather takes my chances elsewhere. Not to mention my counselor had been gone for a month or more so I don't even have one to talk to is crazy they can just dump it dose like that I'm pretty sure people could die looked that

2 years here, I got sober and had my daughter, they helped me navigate the stigmas associated with being on methadone while pregnant rather expertly. Thanks all! Im At ths summit Seneca currently. In a lot of ways it's worse but a lot of ways better. All the better ways are location based, all the worse ways are clinic based. ??

I have been going off and on through the past decade and the program is really good if you work it and they will do whatever they can to help you work it. They definitely have both good and bad but the bad is really more from the clients side. I would recommend to anyone struggling with addiction.

Life saving clinic but just hate how dirty it is and all the rift raft and activity this clinic brings that area of aurora ave. In shoreline at 167th and aurora. I get in get my medicine and get the heck out... but if u use the medicine correctly and get up to the right most comfortable amount you will stay good and better ur life substantially.

There is a male counselor here with a very bad attitude. Very unprofessional. The parking lot is super tiny.

If you are SERIOUS about wanting to get clean and better your life, this is the place for you. I was a client at this clinic for over two years until I had to transfer in May to a clinic closer to my home. If it wasn't so far from me, I would choose this clinic over any other! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the counselors are genuine and actually want you to succeed. Paula Wolf did everything she could to keep me positive and if it wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't be where I am today. Before starting here, my health was very very bad and I only weighed 70 pounds. I tried to get clean many different times and only ended up getting worse. If it wasn't for this program, I would not have gotten clean and possibly could have ended up dead. I finally have stability in my life and I am slowly working to decrease my methadone dose. If you take the program seriously and let it work for you, it will change your life.

Decent treatment options. Doctor is kind of a quack though... Doesn't seem to know very much about methadone, which is a problem seeing as it is a methadone clinic and he is in charge of prescribing a dose
