DO NOT RENT HERE. They charged me for a full day extra of renting a van, did not disclose it to me, and refused all contact when I tried to get it adjusted. I followed their after hour check in procedure, but they marked the return as being at 6:30am the next day, and charged me double everything. Then refused to return any calls, emails, or talk to me in person. Ended up having to dispute via my credit card. WILL NEVER come back here.

Dave and Phil have been very friendly from the beginning and patient in answering all my questions. It’s convenient to have them right next to a U-Haul location. There was no line and I was assisted right away. Service was quick and easy! Highly recommend and will be sending all my friends here next time!

I purchased a trailer which my SUV didn't have a trailer hitch. I made a appointment at this location. Dropped off my SUV early morning and was told it would be done around 3pm. Around 3pm I called and asked the status of my installation. They told me that they were busy and would be done around closing time. I arrived a few minutes before closing and the guy was still working on it....( Is this really a all day install? ) After paying and receiving my receipt I got in my car and drove home ( which I felt I didn't have to check the work done which was a big mistake ) After getting home I noticed the oval connector for the lights was just dangling down next to my muffler which wasn't even mounted to anything ( really??? ) opening the rear door behind the drivers seat there was exposed wires ( now I'm getting upset ) Then opening the cargo trunk the 3rd light roof liner wasn't lined up and not set in place correctly ( at this time I was majorly upset ) I called the manager the next day and complained about these issues. He told me to bring it back and he would personally fix these issues. Which he did and should have done because the job wasn't done correctly. I used the hitch only one time. I also bought what I was told a lifetime warranty which I felt if I had any future issues that I would be covered. I just recently tried to rent a trailer from Uhaul to find out my lights didn't work on the trailer and was told I had a bad connection on my end. I calling Uhaul to find out that the wiring warranty is only good for 2 years and that only the hitch has a lifetime warranty....!!!! So Uhaul failed to tell me. They mounted my oval plug connection just inches from the ground, which hitting a bump cause shredding of my wires from hitting the ground. The whole experience been a nightmare and they refuse to repair their crappy install and wants me to pay and fix? No customer service here!! The right thing to do is throughly check the installation because it was rushed and done poorly. I see this location has only a 3 star rating I should have checked that as well cause looks like alot of people ain't happy with this location isn't suprising

What incompetence. Advice to Uhaul, train your employees and raise your standards. Moves are already stressful, we don’t need Uhaul (this location and customer center call lines) making it worse.

Wrong hours cost me a half day of work and a doctor’s appointment cancellation fee. The online system allowed us to make a reservation to pick up a truck at 5pm, but when we showed up, the place had been closed since 3pm. There was an employee outside who told us mobile check-in doesn’t work outside of business hours, so we had to come back this morning at opening at 7am. I had to call out sick from work and last minute cancel an appointment, all because the online system offers reservations at hours that aren’t real. In hindsight we should have allowed more time for moving, but U-Haul still gets a crappy review for wrongfully advertising their services. One star added back because the employees were pretty helpful.

Phil was very personable and helpful. Please let them know I was grateful for the help. Was pretty stressed when we walked in the door, but they made the interaction pleasant and efficient.

This was my worst experience with any business yet. Absolutely no customer service. I had a reservation to install a hitch which was initially three weeks out. On the day of my appointment, I noticed they ordered the wrong part. They rescheduled me for the following week. I drove another 45 minutes for my appointment at 9 am on a Saturday, only to find out that the hitch hadn’t arrived yet. U-Haul didn’t inform me that the hitch wasn’t available. I don’t think I will ever want to do any business with this particular dealer again. If you can find an alternative, I strongly suggest you do.

The posted hours were incorrect, but fortunately in my favor (I needed to rent a truck at 530pm and google had hours posted 10am-5pm) however after calling, I was informed that they would in fact be open until 6pm! Thank you, "dude-who-answered-the-phone" with more correct information than google!

The fact that uhaul will give you a rental with NO gas is unacceptable. Then it’s up to the guest to remedy uhauls misinformation in the system or we get charged?Blonde woman who’s the general manager is rude and clearly enjoys the power she’s been given, considering how she speaks to people.I had a good interaction with the gentlemen with face tattoos, and the younger man with a lip piercing.I will just be going next door for all future rentals because phil and Dennis are kind and competent.

Very disappointed with the service and questioning whether I will use U-Haul again in the future. Online check in was extremely slow and was trying to upsell me on multiple things just to confirm an order. All I wanted to do was rent a truck to pick up furniture I ordered from a store - I was *not* moving, thank you. Beyond that, the online site indicated that I would be able to pick up and drop off at a site much closer to my home and only after the order confirmed did they send and update that I was being moved to a site miles away. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we had to wait in a line for literally 45 minutes - that was after we did the 'online check-in' prior to that to make the pick up easier. Service was extremely slow and this site seemed to be understaffed.

They don’t have enough people. Transactions take FOREVER. we had 6 people in line and the hours on the Google maps are incorrect. There’s no way to get anything done quickly in this location. No urgency and the people who work here don’t communicate well. I came for propane. There’s supposed to be a bell to ring but, no. I waited in line for 30 minutes to just get to speak to someone. Step it up guys.
