**update 12/17, the one saving grace of this store was the photo dept. Unfortunately, I just had my final straw with this store. I ordered a photo online for pickup. I received a confirmation that it was ready AND a reminder email to pick it up a few days later. I arrived this morning and the employee tells me he can't find it. He found it in their printing system and evidently the photo was not jiving with their software. Rather than let me know they can't print it, I am now left without the photo I needed and I need to go elsewhere. I am officially done with this location. This is a terrible Walgreens, however, not because of the employees, it's the customers. Utilizing this pharmacy is a bit of a nightmare because they are constantly understaffed. Standing in line for 20 minutes to pick up a prescription shows why they are understaffed. Customers are RUDE to the employees for every reason that is not the employees fault. Mainly their Drs. office screwed up or it's an insurance issue. The employees working here are nothing short of saints. The pharmacy drive through is hit or miss if it's open or not (again, due to being short staffed). When it is open, it seems to take quite a while. The photo department is quick with orders and I have found all the staff to generally be friendly. This store is super sketch with shady characters outside. I think the store does their best but there is only so much they can do with their location.

Waited on hold for 10 minutes for pharmacy, was hung up on. Called again, same thing happened. Horrible customer service. Trying to do my job but this is impeding that.

I came here after the urgent care to pick up medication, and they had an hour till closing. I told them about how my Walgreens has been closed and that I needed important medication filled (I told them to fill 3, and they filled them all) AND WERE SUPER QUICK.Thank you guys so so much!!!

This pharmacy is the WORST. They close for days sometimes for no reason leaving customers scrambling for their meds. Lines are 20 mins long whether you are in the drive thru or in the store. When it snows, they shut down. Also, the crime in the parking lot is scary. The only reason I still go there is because of convenience to my home. I am looking into online pharmacy to avoid this hassle in the future.

I have been using this walgreens as a pharmacy for over a year now and until the last few months it was decent enough. Now? It's closed randomly with no warning, leaving your prescriptions practically taken hostage. And when they finally open? Good luck with the insanely long lines. I'm choosing a new pharmacy, because this is ridiculous.

Consistently on hold for over an hour the last two times I called trying to get a follow up from the pharmacy on something they said they would follow up with me on. Once reaching a person they are sharp and just don't give a #@$#. I can't wait for Amazon to get into the pharmacy business!

Find another pharmacy. ANY other pharmacy will be better than this one.1) The absolute worst service for several years running. Inadequate staffing. They made this worse by shutting down for lunch in the middle of the day, and you can be standing in line for 30 minutes and they will shut down right in front of you and tell you to come back later.2) Limited Pharmacy hours: they decided to shut down the pharmacy on weekends. Almost all Walgreens in the area are doing this now, so unless you want to drive a 1/2 hour to pick it up in the one store that's open, forget it.3) Drive-thru - just as slow as the line inside.4) Website: So many problems with auto-refills being shut off, causing prescriptions to be late.5) Most people who work the window are just rude. Maybe they're being treated poorly by Walgreens (hence, inadequate staffing). I dunno, but why put up with it?6) Corporate: Apparently if a Walgreen's pharmacist has a religious objection to your prescription, they don't have to fill it. Seems like if you can't do the job of a pharmacist, you should not become a pharmacist.Adios, Walgreens.

Having lived near, and used this Walgreens a bunch for a time, I think I can safely say that the people working here deserve a medal. This place is the very definition of sketchy. One time I was walking over to grab some milk and had to turn around because someone had set a bush on fire in the back of this building. The people who work there though? Always nice, always professional. Don't know how they do it.

I used the walgreens pharmacy here to fill my prescriptions for a few months, after I moved to shoreline. I honestly can't believe how bad the service is. Numerous times I tried to call and was put on hold for literally hours. I would have to call the main store and beg them to have the pharmacy call me back. The drive through regularly takes an hour, even with 3 cars. Sometimes the drive through is just randomly closed. I've been told I have no prescription available and after telling them that my doctor has already called it in suddenly am able to get it filled. After they abruptly closed for an entire weekend I switched to the nearby safeway where I can get someone on the phone in a few minutes.

May want to avoid drive in window . They doing virus testing . Handing out test. In the drawer. Person completes it in the car outing swabs up nose . Did see a lady in car cough on kit material . Than puts material in bag all touched . Snot you think on outside . Puts Back in drawer and attendant picks up bag to process. Now the drive in drawer could have a snot infected bag . Next person in line gets test or their prescription. Laying in that possibility infected drawer. Attendant hands them they order ... not washing hands ... no gloves . Not cleaning the drawer. No way should that test be completed or could be done safely in a drive in window! No sanitation for the next customer in line. Sorry to say safer to go inside snd pick up prescription. Using drive in drawer need to be sanitized every use and attendant need to wash hands or Chang gloves ever time . Go see

Unbelievable!!! Their pharmacy gave me someone else's prescription!. I went home opened up my bags, and found that they gave me someone else's prescription. I returned it the very next day, and told the pharmacist "that's very dangerous to be giving people other people's prescription". This is the very same pharmacy that is so understaffed that they have to close down for a half-hour for a meal break, and that too is ridiculous!. My name is Marcus S. Not the name on the picture with this review...

It was when I went to this drug store a week ago. The location and the service overwhelmed me. They had medicine that was inexpensive and effective. It should be recommended to everyone.

Flu Season 2020/21: excellent service for flu vaccinations, they have plenty of stock and little to no lineups during the day. They are WELL staffed, I saw 5 staff back there all working hard and they look like they enjoy their job. The treatment room is clean and private to get your shot, and they give you a $5 credit on a $20 purchase for getting the flu shot. Thanks Walgreens!

Flu shot process takes a very long time, even with an appointment. Pharmacy looked disorganized and chaotic. Would recommend going elsewhere for your flu shot.
