Had a prescription sent to this store because it was nearby. After several weeks waiting I called and pharmacist said THE STORE MAMAGER decided not to order the prescription because it was not cost effective.
I do not think I want to use a pharmacy that the store manager can control my health care.
Moving prescription to another pharmacy obviously. SERIOUSLY???????

This specific Walgreens sells liquor and food on top of toys, makeup and more. I enjoy supporting this bussiness. Different choices like brandy, vodka and whiskey ect. They also have a pharmacy. In walking distance from lots of businesses and the e line right out front.

The pharmacist I met was extremely rude. When I showed up at 14510 Aurora Ave N, shoreline last week, the short Asian lady told me that my medication was sent to Northgate location, but she could transfer it for me. At that time she told me that the medication was not covered by my insurance. I said, “It’s OK.” I thanked her and told her that I would come back a few days later. So I did. But when I showed up today the same pharmacist told me that the medication was not available because I refused to pay. According to her, I told her that I would not pay if my insurance would have not covered the cost. I told her that I didn’t say such a thing. Then she raised her voice and insisted, “I remember that you said you didn’t want to pay!” I would not come back to this store anymore.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Walgreens Pharmacy. The staff was rude and inattentive, particularly one female employee who seemed indifferent to customer service. Despite there being three employees present and only myself as a customer, none of them acknowledged my request for assistance. Additionally, the prices are quite high. I would not recommend visiting this Walgreens due to the poor customer service and overcharging.

Pharmacy staff never answers the phone. Just continuously puts you back on hold without saying a word when the phone starts to ring. For hours sometimes.

It seems that everytime I go to Walgreens, I get more and more disappointed. It's either because they don't ever have what I am looking for and shelves are almost always bare, employees have nasty attitudes almost always. Lack of professionalism and product knowledge too. Would I recommend Walgreens? That's a big fat no!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. The drive-through pharmacist is discriminating. She charged me always even I have insurance. I know my insurance covered those medications. I won’t come back here again.

I would give this no stars if I could. A few of the employees care, but the Walgreens corporation does all it can to make this store and many others total trash. Getting a prescription filled is often impossible. No one answers the phone ever. They are often out of stock on common medications. They won't transfer a prescription to another store if it is out of stock, and several times the prescription is blocked "due to insurance issues" yet if the prescription to a competitor, insurance is just fine. Avoid at all costs.

The store manager Lauro was awesome at going out of his way to help me with passport photos. He had lots to juggle and really went out of his way to help me get going as quickly as possible as I was running late to my passport appointment. Thanks Lauro!!!

This pharmacy has to be the worse pharmacy I have ever encountered. Far too many times there have been issues with my medication and the inability to provide for whatever reason. Very abusive to their customers and customer service is non-existent for they don’t even answer their phone. Are you kidding me!!!! Will not be going here again!
