Zack and his team are true mechanics and staples in the community. The only spot I could find open on a Sunday. I called him Saturday night due to an emergency with my parents car who were visiting me in the area and he was able to get me in Sunday morning. Without saying too much, this man and his team went above and beyond to help us, treating us like he knew us for years. He chose people over profit and it was clear he wasn't trying to make a quick buck but moreso build trust. This man runs an ethical business and he has my business from now on with all of our cars. If you're not crazy you'll go see Zack when you need your car fixed in north Seattle. We got turned away 4 times in a pinch, but Zack and his brother pulled through AND THEN SOME. Even recommended a good burger place up the street. 6/5 service.
These guys know what they're doing. We were on the road the next day. Can't recommend them enough.

My daughter’s car check engine light came on and we went to AutoZone to find out why. The code reader said it was an evap leak and bought the right part to replace. We went to Firestone and wanted to charge me $110 dollars just to check it again and wouldn’t let us use the part I bought. I googled mechanics in Seattle and by luck came across Zach’s. We got there and was greeted courteously and I showed Zach the readout from AutoZone and told him I bought the part to be replaced. He had his mechanic start on it right away and was finished within 10 minutes and did a full diagnosis as well. I went to pay for it and to my amazement Zach would not let me pay as he said it was a very simple fix. I insisted that I at least tip the mechanic that worked on it. We left extremely satisfied and relieved that the issue was fixed and will always be grateful to Zach. I extremely recommend Zach’s for mechanical repairs. 👍

We had a serious engine problem develop on the freeway and ended up at Zack's since he's the only repair shop open on Sunday's in town. First
st off very customer orientated. Second professional and third honest. He was able to determine problem within 10 minutes and had us back on the road within 3 hours.

This is the 3d time I have been to Zach’s this time I had some work on the struts on my truck he did a outstanding job and last time I had my brakes done great job reasonable prices and he gets the job done fast and still holds up on the quality of the work I’ll be going back for more work

Just returned from the shop and had an excellent experience. Dropped by since there aren't any other shops open on Sunday. I needed a sensor replaced and they finished the job quickly and charged reasonable price. Will likely be back for any quick repairs.
