The last two or three times I’ve gone into the store at night. The cashier has purposely given me the wrong change and then giving me a bunch of attitude when I called him out on it. I went tonight. My total was $5.66. I have him $10. He gave me $4.25 as my change nine cent short and then I called him out on it. He gave me $.10 back so he’s either screwing the customer or screwing 7-Eleven.

Only place I used my card and it was skimmed be fully aware. It was even on the news . Floor is usually so gross u can hear yourself walk.

The guy running the place barely speaks English and when I ordered 3 taquitos he gave me 2 and charged me $8, when I came back in to explain that he over charged me and didn't give me the correct amount he tried to argue but I couldn't understand a word he said. 8 bucks for 2 small taquitos?

Employee was incredibly inattentive when asking for confirmations pertaining to a delivery because they were on their phone the entire time. Same employee suggested I lie to my delivery customer and give them a wrong product and run away quickly from their door. All because they didn't want to refill their coffee machine. Abysmal communication and service all around.

Staff is sometimes unprofessional, for example: complaining and getting annoyed when I buy a pizza and ask to have them cook it. I've literally been told that I could cook it at home in order to make his night easier. It's only one particular guy who works nights. But he gets mad at everyone who buys a pizza which is very common at 711. If you hate your job then maybe get a different one. Just a thought ??

I work graveyards at this 7-11 on the weekends. So far, this has been a pretty good place to work. I feel like I am respected...which can be difficult to find in a job for me. I like my customers and regulars, I like my co-workers. If I patronize a business and I notice that staff is unhappy, I take notice. If you are the same way, know that I am happily employed!I
