We had a very enjoyable experience troubleshooting our phone plan because of the help we received from Jeremiah. He was articulate, respectful, knowledgeable, and made what could be an otherwise stressful experience a breeze. Someone give that guy a raise!

This was the best experience I have ever had getting a new phone! It was smooth easy and they walked me through personally all the new features of the new iPhone! I love this place and everyone who works there! This is why I am with ATT because of people like those at this store!

Avoid this store! I placed an online order to be picked up there. It was canceled for an unknown reason. I went in person and asked for the order to be completed. She said she could do that. Got me the new phone I wanted no problem. Because I'd asked for the same as what I'd ordered I didn't ask for a detailed receipt. It was later in the week after switching over to the new phone and turning in my old one that I realized she'd added on extra features that I'd not asked for - up next anytime and device protection. I was able to remove the device protection online but chatting with att customer service, I found that I couldn't remove the next up anytime until the first time it was billed. Shady business.

Upon visiting one of AT&T stores I was told the store could not make any changes to my account and that would have to be done via internet web site. I also asked about a phone screen protector and was told you can get it on Amazon very cheap. If this is true what is the purpose of your brick and mortar stores? I now must consider what do I get with AT&T compared to other companies

If I could give this location zero stars I would, will definitely never return to the Silverdale store. Long story short, the female that helped me bring my husband over to AT&T to be put on my account added an entire extra line (3 total) and 2 new iphone 15s to our plan and made it sound like rainbows and butterflies that I would be upgrading and we would have “a extra line for 60gb of hotspot” when really she never mentioned once it would cost me $400 extra to upgrade my current phone if I wanted to use one of the new ones sent to us or continue to make installments. She also added the most expensive data plans, phone insurance and a $10/month early upgrade plan to our lines that she never even asked or confirmed with us. Taking my bill from $94 a month to $250+ and told us our bill would only go up $30 a month. This location will take advantage of you, plain and simple.

Came in for an upgrade for myself but they were able to help me get some additional savings and Not only did I get the new phone I wanted, I was also able to get a tablet and watch for the same price as the phone would have been monthly! For all my Silverdale AT&T people come to this store!!

Edwin and Josh were so helpful and patient in this process. They helped me reduce my billing and find a new phone that fit with my needs and budget.
I was going by to go with another provider but because of their professionalism I stuck with AT&T
