I love baskin robbins so much! All the cakes I've gotten at the silverdale store were decorated beautifully. I'd give 6/5 stars if I could.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarianDietary restrictions: There are a few non-dairy ice creams, and no gluten in any ice cream flavor (via the baskin robbins website)

3/16/22It's been many years since I have visited a Baskin-Robbins; as a child, it was such a treat going to a Baskin-Robbins, the large variety of flavors to choose from, and free samples! My favorites as a young child were Banana, Black Licorice, and Bubble Gum (total win-win for a 9-year-old, ice cream, and bubble gum).Last week we decided to hit up Baskin-Robbins; I know they stopped selling the Banana ice cream over a decade ago, which is my favorite as an adult, so I ordered the Bubble gum. Needless to say, I forgot about the pieces of bubble gum in the ice cream, a bit of a pain to eat, decent in taste but not much into chewing gum.Today, I went solo and decided on a scoop of Cotton Candy; it was so good, better than Bubble Gum, but resembled the taste of Bubble Gum without the pieces of gum! With everything happening with the world today, it was fun looking at this pretty colorful ice cream; it's a feel-good ice cream; who says you have to be a child to enjoy "kid" ice cream, I enjoyed it just fine ;)The initial feel-good feeling I had quickly left after hearing the price for one single scoop was $4.13 after tax ack!I paid, now moving on! The Cotton Candy ice cream was fabulous tasting! The lady working there, Caroline, was friendly and clean; what I could see around the tubs of ice cream was tidy, no messes!Of course, Baskin-Robin has many flavors to choose from, obviously the classics, and then you have those unique sounding flavors, such as baseball nut ice cream and gold-medal ribbon ice cream. I would love to try their lemon custard, and green tea ice cream sometime. As most people are aware, Baskin-Robbins offers a variety of cones to choose from, most at an additional cost. Also, they offer a variety of sundaes, polar pizzas, warm desserts, specialty beverages, parfaits, and several add-ins. I can't forget to add in cakes and pies! Our Baskin-Robbins location is in the Kitsap Mall in Silverdale Washington next door to Barnes & Noble book store and the Pretzel Maker."PLEASE remember, be KIND to ALL living things."

I get a hand packed small every Monday...World Class Chocolate the best. The gal that owns the Business knows exactly what I want I don't have to tell her she knows I love that almost as much as the ice cream!

For one this is the only Baskin Robbins in Kitsap County. It is in the mall. Hard to purchase when the mall is closed. There used to be more locations in East and West Bremerton. During the pandemic you couldn't get ice cream. I went in to get Chocolate and Peanut Butter ice cream pre-packed quart. The lady told me they update the quarts and some BS story they rotate with mew stuff. I let her know that I'm the last 30 years I have been buying this flavor, not once did I have an issue of it not coming in a quart size. We need more than one damn location in Kitsap County, and prefer a different owner.

So I ordered a cake for My son and I's Birthday online. It said that it was a 1/2 sheet ice cream cake. It also said it would feed 8-10 people. When I picked up the cake it was this tiny 6 by 8 inch cake. I told the gal cashing me out this is too small. Her statement to me was it is a tall cake. I took the cake home and the more it sunk in was this wasn't going to be enough cake for 12 people. I called the store and no one answered the phone. So I went to Safeway and they have ready made ice cream cakes. They were large at least 10 by 12. The guy decorating cakes in the bakery went out of his way to write HAPPY BIRTHDAY on it for me and he was great. I kept calling Baskin-Robbins and they never answered the phone. I left a message and asked them to call me back. I went online and E-Mailed the Baskin-Robbins online and they said they would forward the message to the Manager. So she calls me when I am driving and I call her back later and it says her mail box hasn't been set up. I still can't get a hold of her so I call the store back on Tuesday, 4 days after I picked up the cake. At this point I am beside myself and angry about this cake. I want my money back. So I called the store and finally someone answers and she says I will have the Manager call you back tomorrow. Dont buy cakes from here! It is so disappointing and they don't know what great customer service is. I used to buy cakes from here years ago and they have shrunk their cakes and charge a lot for them. I paid 40.00 and it is an embarrassment to serve your guests. Go to Cold Stone or Safeway and get an Ice Cream Cake from them!

We had very good ice cream on Sunday. However the scoops were tiny and it is definitely pricey.

This is by far the best ice cream. I am glad they are now stocking grocery stores. But, not all the flavors....

Had my daughters birthday cake done here. It was the cookie ice cream cake, they went the extra mile and even wrote happy birthday on a cookie on top. Wonderfully done and it was made exactly right and tasted delicious!

No signage, so if your a tourist, or visiting; have fun, WALKING through the "FABULOUS" mall. In retail signage is EVERYTHING...I dont walk through malls, for decades now...

ZERO. Disabled, visiting the Kidsap, and found no signage outside the mall. Where I'm from Baskin Robin's is a Destination store...I'm a man, I'm NOT walking through a goddamn mall.
